Starting with the negative, the service is so bad and seems to be getting worse. I've gone in…read moremultiple times without being greeted or waited on. I understand if they're busy but I've stood at the counter waiting and no help so I just walked out. The problem is that there were plenty of staff, but some of them were just standing there, doing nothing just talking to each other. The worst of them all is the woman with tattoos on her face. Anyone who knows iced coffee..knows it takes about 5 minutes to brew, and then we're talking about me having luke warm "iced" coffee due to such a fresh brew. So I said..."on the house?" (Starbucks policy is free beverage if coffee isn't brewed when you order it! Know your rights devote Starbucks drinkers!)...he just looked at me. I settled for an iced latte due to scheduled appointment. But here's the real deal, you pay a pretty penny for this coffee...shouldn't a girl be able to get what she's asked for?
