I place Mobil orders because it's usually less room for error this way and then I don't have to make a barista take my order. Not for any other reason. I'd like to say when I did this there wasn't anyone at this location. I placed a mobile order and walked in 5 minutes later I didn't ask about my order and wasn't expecting it to be done I just wanted to wait inside instead of outside. A barista asked me for my name. I gave it to him and another barista named Alexa said " Geesh she just ordered like 2 seconds ago" and I said yeah I just ordered no rush. I went to sit down and I waited another 5 minutes. I didn't bother anyone I was on my phone when I hear her yell loudly " i hate when people order mobile and then walk in are they stupid. What's wrong with people. They're so annoying" I didn't appreciate that so I told her I could hear her as it seemed it's what she was trying to do anyways. She said she wasn't talking about me but I told her I never once rushed her or ask for my order. I didn't understand why she was rude. I told her she was being loud and rude and I didn't appreciate it. She didn't apologize instead she smirked. I understand people are rude all day and baristas have it hard at times but it's lo excuse for her behavior. Stopped in to get my morning Treinta cold brew instead I got a treinta of ice with very little drink . They did make good on it by not charging me for a refill . The next morning I stopped in and ordered my drink but asked them not to overfill my treinta with ice . For some reason my order got lost and had to wait over 15 min for my drink ...coincidence or not ??? What the hell is wrong with this place ??? Stopped by again to order my cold brew and again I got a cup full of ice and little drink so I asked for a refill and asked for half the ice . When I got my drink it was watered down , so I asked for them to remake my drink and still got it back watered down I will not be returning to this establishment ... SMH read more

This Starbucks sucks! They are very inconsistent with the way the drinks are made. I've had a bug in my drink before and they didn't even give me a refund. I complained to cooperate and they reimbursed me for the drink and asked to me to give them another chance. Went back a couple of months later and the drink I ordered was wrong and I asked them to remake it and it was still wrong but I didn't bother to ask them to make it again. And like a lot of other people have said on here the customer service sucks. If you want your drinks done right I recommend going to Vons. You may have to wait in a long line but at least they make the drinks right. read more

When the lady cashier comps you a coffee for the wait (I ordered 2), then the guy gives you 1 coffee and you explain she comped you a coffee for the wait and he basically calls you a liar. Not only would he not ask her, he pulled the receipt to show me the 1 coffee charge. Because it's 5:30 in the morning I paid for the other 2 bucks for the coffee. First and foremost, I want to say that I feel very comfortable walking into this location. The staff are very friendly and have great costumer service. I normally don't go above and beyond to give feedback on my following experiences, but this time an employee by the name of Allie made me feel satisfied about my experience at Starbucks. She remembered i love to add banana on my Vanilla Bean frapp. These are the little things I believe are important to make good communication in any type of environment rather its school or work. My husband and I used the mobile order option and rolled through the drive-thru. When we were handed our drinks, I noticed my husband's was labeled correctly and mine had a generic label that only informed me it was a drink and it was one drink out of one drink... I asked the barista at the window if this was actually my drink (as it had no indication as to WHAT it was). The barista said, "Oh, he lost the label." Ok. As we began to drive away, I sipped my beverage I had been eagerly looking forward to and my heart sank. The drink tasted like it was half water. We figured it was an honest mistake, turned around and headed back to get our complimentary "fixed" drink. My husband ran inside to reorder (as the drive-thru line was crazy) and came out shortly with my saving grace (as I need this particular kind of tea latte to soothe my stomach). So relieved, I began to drink as we drive away. I then realize my drink is now a mere 1/4 water, improved over the half, I suppose. It was, however, very unappealing, NOT what I paid for, and we were forced to keep driving as we had at appointment. I have been drinking this exact beverage for the last 6 years; I have literally driven across the country buying this exact drink at Starbucks locations nation-wide and never before have I had this kind of problem! read more

This is the most consistent Starbucks I have been to. The iced coffee is exactly the same every time I get it, and never tastes watered down. I usually never let the coffee sit long enough for the ice to melt anyway. read more
