For 35 years we used another local company but this time decided to get bids and research all the local companies and their products. Superior Comfort came out way ahead of the others. To our surprise, they were extremely cost competitive. Higher quality did not mean higher cost. My family won't go with anyone else in the future; but, we don't see any future maintenance needs anyway because the quality is so good. Scheduling was easy- did it online and had a follow-up call within 15 minutes. Technician was timely, called before arrival, respectful of my home and very pleasant. Bonus points for him being nice to the dog, too. Only issue I had was that the technician told me I would have to wait 8-10 hours to use my water in the house after the Root-Ex application. Seeing that I never used Root-Ex prior to this, I didn't know about the wait time. It would have been nice for the scheduling assistant to let me know of the inability of using water after the application so I could have prepared better (i.e. showered the night before). There was a miscommunication with the previous electrician; he did a great job with the other installations. Ryan said he would replace the entire outlet. The only problem was that the electricity couldn't be turned off because my son just painted the basement floor. Instead of returning at another time, which would have been fine, Ryan went ahead and carefully did the work. He went over and above my expectations, which I really appreciate. The outlet looks great now. Thanks to Sierra for good support. They were very pleasant, friendly, gave great customer service to fix a problem, and showed professionalism in succeeding to install the outlet in unusual circumstances; kudos to Ryan. Since instillation, my son has used this outside outlet and said it was very handy for plugging in the weed trimmer.

It took me over a week to get in touch with a manager regarding major issues I was having with the furnace they installed. Technicians, while very knowledgeable, are very niche and limited to one very specific task. For example, the plumber I called for my bathroom, couldn't fix a drain issue in my kitchen. I Had to schedule an appointment specifically with a drain technician. Emergency coverage is very limited. If the tech on call is unavailable for any reason, they do not appoint a backup to cover emergencies. After getting multiple quotes, they are the most expensive. Just overall a poor experience.
