We recently hired All Star Mechanical to replace our ancient AC. For several years we have lived in…read morea house where half the upstairs did not cool like the rest of the home. We set up fans going up the stairs to try to coerce the cool air up there, or relocated to the main level at night time. We also got a quote from another company who I thought was local, but who is actually owned by private equity. They offered a larger AC unit while Larry offered a smaller one. Lo and behold, Larry was right and our upstairs is now fully cooled. Larry's guys were professional and did great work installing it. Thank goodness I went with a local small business, All Star Mechanical! Trust Larry and his staff. Thanks so much for making our house so much more comfortable this summer.

I had no mechanical parts problems before he arrived but just needed coolant. After he finished putting in coolant he suddenly told me my Furnace drip pan was cracked and needed a new part but had to order it. Before he arrived I never heard water dripping and then suddenly when he was finished with the maintenance I had this dripping noise from my furnace and he left with the air conditioning running and when I came home from work I had water all over my floor where the furnace was and turned off the air conditioning. He sent me a invoice for a $700 repair but never told me what was actually needed and he didn't turn off the air conditioning when he left knowing the dripping water would cause damage to my furnace.

For 35 years we used another local company but this time decided to get bids and research all the local companies and their products. Superior Comfort came out way ahead of the others. My family won't go with anyone else in the future; but, we don't see any future maintenance needs anyway because the quality is so good. I have recommended them to multiple friends which is something I normally would not do. Superior is Superior!
