Way over charged on thawing frozen pipes on a Mobile Home. Charged $189.00 just to come out. It was very cold out but you don't call for frozen pipes when it's warm. I feel they took advantage of the situation and of someone that had no idea what all it entailed. The gas logs would not operate, so I called them. They came out and left pilot light went out within 30 minutes; they came out again got it lite again left and again out with a few minutes. When I called, them again Sherry (Craig's wife) told me it needed to be replaced. Now they were going to purchase and replace again until I GOT A BILL OF $250.00 for them to tell me it needed to be replaced. Before that they stated they couldn't remove the water heater unless the trim on the door was removed and they couldn't do that. Probably 20 years before that it had been replaced at that time and there was no problem getting it down in the basement nothing has changed, so that was confusing.
