They tried to sell us several expensive repairs, and even try to persuade us to buy a new furnace and AC unit. Having a feeling we were being scammed, we had AHS send someone else out. In the end all we needed was like 6 pounds of refrigerant put in the AC and everything has been fine ever since! Thank you Matt!

My furnace was making really loud noises and I needed a repair done. I had a couple of companies give me an estimate but Ecofficient beat the price and the timeline of other local companies. Ecofficient took the time to explain the problem, what my options were, and they were able to get my parts and furnace fixed within a day of the assessment. Plus, they cleaned up after the job was done. Very professional and great service. The work was well done and my furnace is fixed! Thank you so much!

That definitely wasn't the case here. It cost $115 to install a thermostat (plus the $126) that I had to explain to them how to install it because the technician did not know how. I was specifically told $126 and if a part was needed then I would have to pay. I specifically asked over the phone multiple times if it was "$126 flat" and specifically asked about any other costs like labor and she assured me only $126 to walk in the door and parts. The scheduling lady doesn't remember the conversation going that way and was extremely unprofessional over the phone today. I would have been less frustrated if I was told upfront WHEN I ASKED what the costs were instead of being blind sided. Makes their competitors more intriguing for the future. *I would give them zero stars if I could.
