From the scheduler, to the install technicians and maintenance teams to their manager, even the owner! I've had the opportunity to work with them all and it has always been a great experience! A couple of years ago I fell on hard times and it was COLD... My furnace was getting old and the fix wasn't cheap, I couldn't afford it. They stayed and refused to leave me and the boys in the cold even if it took me time to pay for it. I was VERY stubborn and they told me it was ok to let someone help me... that's something that I have never forgotten. That's genuine. Last week Don and Chase came out and installed a new furnace. Great guys! Called at 8:30 on the dot and we're here less than 30 minutes later. Cleaned up afterwards and even fixed some of the duct work that needed some attention. I will forever 10/10 recommend! So grateful!

For 35 years we used another local company but this time decided to get bids and research all the local companies and their products. Superior Comfort came out way ahead of the others. My family won't go with anyone else in the future; but, we don't see any future maintenance needs anyway because the quality is so good. I have recommended them to multiple friends which is something I normally would not do. Superior is Superior!

That definitely wasn't the case here. It cost $115 to install a thermostat (plus the $126) that I had to explain to them how to install it because the technician did not know how. I was specifically told $126 and if a part was needed then I would have to pay. I specifically asked over the phone multiple times if it was "$126 flat" and specifically asked about any other costs like labor and she assured me only $126 to walk in the door and parts. The scheduling lady doesn't remember the conversation going that way and was extremely unprofessional over the phone today. I would have been less frustrated if I was told upfront WHEN I ASKED what the costs were instead of being blind sided. Makes their competitors more intriguing for the future. *I would give them zero stars if I could.
