She fixed our leak, put in new copper pipe and put in a new handle for our shower. Added shut off valves so we could shut the water off if we ever have problems again. Her work is impeccable. This is the 2nd time we have had them out to do something for us and we cannot explain enough how grateful we are. Not only do they do a great job but they are friendly, polite and answer any questions you may have. No question can you ask that is too silly to them and they explain things to you if you don't understand it. Unfortunately, we bought a new water softener from them and while the install job of the new water softener was clean and good, they did not complete all of the work on the work order. We called and asked to have someone contact us about finishing the replacement and splice around an old water filter and no one ever called. A week later I called and asked again for someone to contact us about finishing the work on the work order and yet no one has called. 3 weeks after install I just say screw it and I'm going to have to do the plumbing myself to bypass the old filter despite the fact that it was on the work order and they said that they would do it for the included price. If they're not going to do it they should at least take money off of the price.As you can see the filter is still in place and they did not cut the line and splice it to get that filter out of it. Consequently, every time the water softener runs it gets Aaron the line and causes the fridge and unsoftened water spigot at the sink to blast air and spray water everywhere. I would have gone with another company had I known they would not finish the work.

It's a BIG job, involves cutting a hole in the concrete floor and perhaps changing some existing plumbing. Perhaps it was just too much for Sharp, because we did not hear back from them, when we were promised "you'll receive MANY emails with lots of information for you to look over". We've received none that I know of, despite the fact that we kept checking "inbox" and "junk" of our email. On their, way out, the day of the visit, we were told there was a $100 fee for coming out. That wasn't communicated in any way until then, not on the YELP email, and not on the text communication with them, not when they showed up, not until they were leaving. We're approximately 30 minutes from their office. Another plumber came twice the distance, later in the week, and didn't charge a thing for the opportunity to bid on a job. Despite the complete surprise of being told there's a charge, as they're headed out the door (they didn't take notes and didn't take any pictures of the job either to help with their potential quote), we paid them the $100 fee by card. It wasn't the best experience with Sharp Drain Solutions. We had hoped it would be.

Frook was hired by my maintenance team to fix a leaky water shut-off valve. Upon inspecting the plumber's work my team found that not only had Frook installed the valve incorrectly, but they dribbled hot solder on the wall and floor, ruining both the paint and carpet. I personally contacted the owner of Frook Plumbing who, after dodging my calls for several weeks, said he would "come out and take a look." Many weeks and many follow-up calls later and he's never shown up or spoken to me again. My team and I finally gave up, patched the wall ourselves, repaired the carpet ourselves, and had another company fix the water valve. Absolutely outrageous. Never use Frook Plumbing.
