And by 10:20, it was full and they were on a waitlist. What I love about dim sum is the carts and how quickly you can get food. I've decided that dim sum is the perfect place to bring toddlers. You get your food within minutes of sitting down. And there is no waiting for food that your toddler gets bored. We got so much food ranging from shumai, chicken feet, Chinese broccoli, shrimp balls and so many items. We were in and out of there in about 30-45 minutes. I love how quick it is too. All the dim sum staples are on carts; shu mai, hai gow, chicken feet, tripe, soup dumplings, turnip cakes, baked bbq bun, chinese broccoli, pineapple bun, shrimp crepes. There is room for the carts to move around and they come around often. Everything we order from the menu comes out quickly (salt and pepper squid, chow fun). Weekend dim sum gets busy at lunch time so I'd get there early or expect a wait. If you want to try something new and cool, order the smoked fire shrimp. Crispy and spicy shrimp with heads on wrapped in foil and lit on fire at the table. Also, if you have an appetite, order the whole sichuan fish. Lots of peppers and spices and the whole fish brought to your table in a huge serving tray. We've only dined for dim sum, but are excited to come for dinner!

My parents actually ordered a ton of food from here during Chinese New Year and everything was quite flavorful. The beef chow fun is probably one of my favorites in Colorado. There's a lot of wok hei. Overall, space is big enough to accommodate large groups. Parking is a hit or miss in the center - don't come during Chinese New Year unless you love searching for parking and tight spaces.
