The employees here are always very friendly! I appreciate the convenience of this location as it is near to my home, however, I experienced issues with Amazon since starting to use the drop-off service at this location. On two different occasions, I have received emails from Amazon (weeks after returning an item) that Amazon either did not receive my return or received a different item than was expected & would be charging my card if did not return the item by a given date. I have always returned the right items & consequently have had to dispute the issue with Amazon Customer Service. Both times my disputes were successful for refunds but it is still unclear to me if the processing errors were because of Kohl's procedures or Amazon's, so just FYI -- returner beware. Pro tip -- keep your return receipt! There's a 20% off coupon on each one. And sometimes this drop offers an additional coupon for 10-20% Sephora at Kohl's purchases.

I turned around and the item she said they didn't have had a stack right there lol. I got what I needed but wish I wasn't scolded for not being more friendly. I really do respect everyone. I grew up working in fast food, retail and childcare. Oh well the lady who checked me out was beyond friendly and helpful as I had 3 separate purchases. I, along with several of my friends had inquired about the consignment process, and had heard that this business allows you to bring in your clothing, and they keep what they want and donate the rest without asking you if you want it back or not (as in returning your items is not an option). Once you take your clothing to them, you receive NOTHING back. If I want to donate the clothing, then I will take it to the place of my choosing and get the tax deduction for myself. That being said, that's their choice to make, and I respect their decision. However, when my friend group and I called up to the Clotheshorse to inquire if this was their policy, the owner answered the phone. I cannot tell you how rude and condescending this man was. I was simply asking if this was the store policy and he informed me that "Yes, and if you want your stuff back, you can take it somewhere else and when they return it, you can take it home and keep it FOREVER." I told him that all of the clothing that I would bring to consign was expensive and name brand boy's clothing like Vinyard Vines, Polo, Burlebo, etc. He literally laughed and said "Yeah, we don't really even really take Vineyard Vine anymore...so....." You would have thought I was scum on his shoes from the way that he spoke to me. It absolutely infuriated me, and I can't imagine treating my customers in this manner, ESPECIALLY as the owner. The girls that work at the store are very friendly and the manager- Amber is truly wonderful. The male owner needs to refrain from answering the phone or speaking with customers.
