They were able to answer my many questions, get me set up for both a new standard CPAP and a travel cpap. They could not have been nicer. I mentioned the poor reviews that I saw, and was told that they are really striving to improve their service and reputation. Many of the employees mentioned in the earlier reviews are no longer there. I hope people will give this place a chance.

I now this will not help but just needed to speak up. I also plan to speak to both my doctor and Blue Cross on this issue.

The woman that sits closest to the door when you walk in is very friendly and greets you with a smile. However, the other one is awful. When I arrived, I signed in on the sign-in sheet and sat down. About five minutes later Miss Attitude called my name and I went up and told her that I was picking up a neb. She then replied, "let me see if it's here because it was marked for shipping", which I did not request by the way. At this point she goes to the back and returns a few minutes later with the neb. She then hands me paperwork to sign and tells me I owe like fourteen dollars and change. I asked why and she says"it's your copay", I then say not possible because my insurance doesn't have a copay. She then proceeds to tell me that my policy is 90/10 and I owe $14. All the while she had a nasty look on her face and was rolling her eyes. I explained to her that I had reached my out of pocket max for the year so, I shouldn't owe anything. Again, she rolls her eyes and tells me she has to re-verify. A few minutes later she emerges with the same nasty look and eye rolling and hands me the machine. Finally, she asked if I knew how to operate it and I said no so, she proceeded to show me. Since I was fed up with her, I decided I'd just read the instructions. I WILL NEVER USE THIS MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY AGAIN!! Apparently she just thought I was stupid when she clearly didn't know the difference between a copay and coinsurance.

Upon speaking to a woman (whom i believe to be the owner) at the company, she was belligerent and incredibly rude telling me repeatedly to shut up and shut my mouth even though she was the one who was irate. She ended the phone call with saying that she could have offered me a better deal but had my signature and my information and was going to charge me what she wanted. What a shame to take advantage of people who are chronically ill during a pandemic I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

But they stayed on the phone for hours with them to make sure it was all worked out. Ken was the man. Be sure and talk to him. Not only did he help me get what I needed in one day. But he also walked me through every step of the process. Two things that I wasn't getting through the recommended company that was going to ship. The store was really nice and they were really efficient. Once I got the call, I headed right up there and was out in 30 minutes or less.
