Will not go back, took a chance to try this new place for a pedicure and it was terrible. Nails chipped literally hours after getting it and I think they are not properly cleaning their tools because my toes are so sore even a week from getting a pedicure that there is blood in the corners of my nails so I'm really hoping I didn't get some sort of nasty infection from poor sanitation. Just know that even though this place says it takes "appointments," it doesn't honor them. At all. We showed up for a 1pm appointment and were told they were "running behind" and we would have to wait 45 minutes. We were "behind" several people who had quite clearly not made appointments. It reminded me of that episode of Seinfeld where Jerry tries to rent a car and the woman says they have his reservation but they don't have any cars for him, at which point he tries to explain what a reservation is and she says "I know what a reservation is," and he says, "I don't think you do." If I could give 0 stars I would. I got charged to shape my nails?? The lady was on her personal cell phone making a call for half of my appointment. She had me dry my nails with a space heater. My sisters technician was making her hand shake and then tried putting paper towel under her arm to help stabilize it, only to rip it out multiple times and have an attitude. We then both got charged $62 for a gel nail set. Never again will I go here and awful experience for an even worse price. read more

I have been to 2 other nail salons here and this is so far my favorite. There's a person seating everyone so its very organized. Only $45 for a gel full set & they didn't charge extra for coffin shape. The lady was nice and fast and still did a good job. Only complaint is that when she was using the electric filer she knicked my skin a few times. She also didn't have me rinse my hands with water before the polish. read more

WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!! Nail technician did not cover full nail bed with the acrylic extension, therefore allowing it to grow out faster. They don't take time to provide the customer with a full experience, instead the rush so they can fit in more customers. Would not recommend!!!! read more

Never going back here! I hate to give poor reviews but there were so many things that irritated me about this place that I just had to. My 16 yr old daughter and I stopped here one evening and asked for 2 pedicures. It was pretty empty with only 2 other customers and 4 staff total. The staff was nice but not overly friendly. They sat us in the two spa chairs and began to fill only my foot basin. They used the plastic liners like most places do but the bubble jet pack that they insert was dirty. I thought maybe it had been repaired with glue because there was a pink layer of something on part of it. Well, half way through my pedicure, that pink crust was gone. That was the first strike against them. The next was that my daughter sat in the next seat to me and waited for half an hour before anyone took the time to fill her water. There were plenty of times that one of the staff walked by but they just said, "we will get to you soon". Once they finally started the water in her tub, it was on the cooler side so it got cold pretty fast. My daughter had decided that she just wanted the basic one since it was already taking so long to get to hers. The woman that asked her which package or treatment she wanted, didn't seem pleased with just the basic. Again she waited. The lady that did mine was nice but she talked over her shoulder to another staff member for a majority of the time in their language. She seemed really rushed though mine because I assume she was also going to be doing my daughters after mine. After another 10 minutes of waiting, my daughter decided that it was not worth the wait to get hers done and started to take her feet out of the cold water. A lady ran up to the chair then and coldly helped her get the arm rest up so she could get up. She did later go apologize that it took so long. Another thing that did bother me was that there was 2 staff working on one person in the pedicure chair. This customer was getting a pedicure & manicure so they were working on her together while my daughter had to go without. The final thing that irked me was that my lady didn't put my flip flops on me before painting my toe nails. So the polish did smudge when putting them on. So no real big huge faults but there were multiple little things that added up to make this the worst pedicure I'd ever gotten. Felt like such a strange situation. We just kept looking at each other like what the heck is going on here! read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They were Incredibly rude and mean to my friend and I. This was our first time going there so we were both really excited. First impression, the place is very dirty. The chairs are stained and the unoccupied desks have nail shavings on them. They also don't seem to clean their equipment. The lady that did my nails didn't do the right color, but I was too afraid to say anything because they were mean and undermining. She was also physically aggressive with my friend while doing her nails. They also got gel all around and under my nails. Will NEVER go back again read more

I came here for my birthday and it was a horrible experience. The deluxe pedicure I got shouldn't have been classified as such. I barely got anything done to my feet, and the techs got switched halfway through. My second tech seemed to want me to get out of the chair as fast as possible. I watched as tools that were used on other clients be SWISHED in my pedicure water before being placed back onto their moving rack. No sanitation steps taking place. I can feel my feet tingling and I hope it's lotion they used and not the start of a fungal infection from lack of cleaning. read more

If I could give it 1/2 a star I would. This was once my go to place, but the turn around for staff is ridiculous. This last visit was the nail in the coffin as I received the crappiest of service and now, nails to match. They were fairly busy and I had no issues waiting 35 minutes as I was a walk in. I finally sat down at the owners chair and asked me what I wanted and being that I've been there many times I usually get a gel manicure, but I asked for something else and quite knowledgeable of the nail lingo. She proceeded to clip my natural nails and start to put gel polish... I had asked for a full set! So immediately I corrected her and she got an attitude and proceeded to remove the primer gel polish. Of course the foreign language between staff started (I'm multi lingual) and she was not aware that I knew she was talking poorly of PAYING customers. I asked for square-rounded and got almond shape. After being scolded multiple times for not relaxing my hand and nails that are lifting on day 4 and was overcharged. I'm done. Save your money and go elsewhere. SN: I went to a different shop and had the shape fixed as I did not want that woman to touch my hands for another second. Really disheartening. read more

I do not recommend this place to anybody. They said we were in there for 45 minutes. I am she said don't talk to us and she knew were there for two hours. Then we put on Google translate and they were talking about people walked in the store. People about their 45 minutes to an hour later than I got in before us and we had an appointment. Over all I do not recommend this place to anyone it horrible. People are rude their. Then the lady who owns the place was screaming at her kid when she was talking to people. Have been going their since they opened, never had a problem with them until my last gel manicure. The polush changed color and she didn't even manage to clip my cuticles correctly. When i came back to show the manager she treated m e as if this was my fault, raising her voice for all to hear. They wouldn't even fix the problem. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Walked in greeted 5 minutes after we walked in, told to pic our colors, then was told it would be at least a half hour wait. My daughter and I decided we would come back and go check out a few stores. We came back, re picked our colors and waited another 15 minutes. While waiting there was one of the owner's kids wandering around, playing on a chair, talking to customers, playing with customers message chairs, and demanding money from one of the customers as she was getting her nails done. The mom was busy on her phone and talking to the dad, while the dad was doing a ladies nails. Neither of them said anything to the child. My daughter and I finally sat down in the chairs to get a pedicure... both our waters were chilly. I told the tech that this wasn't relaxing with the child screaming and goofing around, even my 5 year daughter was annoyed. Once the tech was about to sit down the child took her chair and was running around the salon gathering all the chairs, then running over and grabbing things off the front desk and again playing with the customers chair remote. I told my daughter to grab her shoes as we were leaving and we walked out with wet feet and all. No apologies or anything and the mom disappeared to the back and the dad continued to do the customers nails. Never again will I be back! read more

The person who did my nails did not do very well, they are all crooked and the nails on the top are bumpy and smooth. I asked for a full set of acrylics in a almond shape and they look okay but not the best. The nail drills and files looked absolutely disgusting, and the table they had me at was filthy. The guy who did my nails cut my middle finger on my right hand and it's so sore. All of my nails hurt and when he was filing my nails he was very harsh and aggressive and my fingers hurt. He had my thumb in such a uncomfortable position it hurt so bad I thought he was about to break it. I will never go there again! Learn how to properly clean nail tools and brushes and keep your work space clean, or someone is going to have a terrible infection. Always get great service here. The owner's husband does an amazing job with pink and white gels. Prices are reasonable as well.

I just moved to Duluth and needed to find a new place to get my nails done. Typically I look for somewhere where the staff is friendly and I'm satisfied when I leave. If that's important to you, absolutely do not go to this establishment. All I needed done was to get my old gel nail polish off and new put on. The lady who took me blatantly told me she could tell I hadn't gone to them the previous time I had my nails done. I tried to politely explain how I had just moved to the area, but she shrugged it off and told me that my previous place had ruined my nails. My nails are not ruined. After nothing being said between us the remainder of my time there, I left with little bubbles on 2 of my nails, and one of my thumbs not even being covered in polish all the way. And what I was charged was $3 more than what they advertise for what I had done. I have not seen one good review of this place on this entire page and I really wish I would've checked here before giving them my patronage. Don't go here if you want a quality service. read more

I got gel nails done here and they were awful, the polish didn't last and they were uneven and lumpy looking. I would never go here again.
