I booked my appointment two days in advance with two specific nail technicians who were recommended to me, but when we arrived, they didn't honor our booking and assigned us to different technicians without telling us beforehand. I went with my niece, and while her nail tech did a beautiful job, mine was absolutely horrible. I booked because I fell in love with a nail design that was featured on Lux Nails & Spa's own website. I showed my nail lady the exact photo and asked for that design on both my nails and my toes. She told me she couldn't do it on my toes because the flower was thick or something of that nature, so I said that was fine and agreed to a French pedicure. I was under the impression I was still getting the design on my fingernails. We spent about two hours in the salon. It wasn't until my builder gel was already finished that she finally told me the girl who created the design didn't work there anymore. I even suggested changing the design to just half yellow half pink like the pinky on the picture and she said they didn't have that yellowmake it work, and that I should just do plain pink. At that point, I felt completely stuck. If I had been told before the service started that they couldn't recreate the design they advertise on their own website, I never would have agreed to any services. The workmanship was just as disappointing. I paid for the # 2 pedicure and she brought out the hot stones for 20 seconds on my leg. There was no cuticle care on my hands or feet, my heels were barely touched, the builder gel is thick and uneven, the French tips are sloppy, and there is polish on my skin. The photos speak for themselves. We spent $263.96 at this salon.

Super disappointed in QNails today. I've not been there before but I promise I won't be going back…read more First of all, after cutting to the length I wanted he decided to cut them a few more times so they were way too short. Second, I picked out my color and wanted French tips. I'm guessing the nail tech was fairly new because he was not able to do a French tip that looked nice possibly because the nail was way too short. I went there for a pedi before vacation. I didn't even want my nails done but ended up getting them done cause I found such a cute glitter color that would have been so cute for tips. I paid $120 and am on my way to Walmart to get acetone to soak them off because I HATE THEM. Not to mention they are uneven, bumpy, and every single tip is pointed a different direction. After almost 2 hrs of sitting there I said fck it paint them solid. I just wanted to be done. The best part of the business is the super hot guy at the desk Look at the pic .. smfh
