I have paid A LOT of money for this treatment, I am so upset with my results & how unprofessional Cindi has been through this process. I was never warned or told to expect these kind of results. Cindi clearly does not know how to use these lasers properly. She missed several parts of my face, was performing the lasering after the numbing cream wore off and I had to remind her to go over certain areas on my face because she kept forgetting (did half my face forgot about the other half) Please be careful. Aesthetically I am very unhappy! I am a full cup larger than what was agreed upon before surgery. I am lopsided and my nipples are not in a line and almost in my armpits. It takes a very structured and uncomfortable bra to hide this. My scars are thick and uncomfortable as well. Dr. Rishavy said my nipples are a little off but overall thought it a good surgical result and I can redo the surgery if I want.

When I followed up, I was told they're waiting on one girl who does the services, and she hasn't finalized her availability... because she has another job. Let that sink in: they're delaying bookings because they rely on a single part-time provider. And when I expressed concern? I was told, "You're welcome to go elsewhere." I've never heard of a business encouraging potential clients to go elsewhere--especially because their only provider hasn't committed to a schedule. This is a med spa, not a high school part-time gig. Their glossy website suggests professionalism, but the reality behind the scenes is anything but. If this is how they treat new clients, I can only imagine how they handle reschedules, cancellations, or post-treatment issues. Thankfully, I found a far more competent and reliable provider in Twin Ports after relocating. This place is a major red flag.
