I've waited in your waiting area for over 45 minutes before being seen yet it's ok when I'm late 15 minutes we've gotta reschedule the appt. Ive gotten threatening letters saying there not going to refill my eye drops until I'm seen again. With this ridiculous "your late" no one in the inside waiting & 2 people waiting by the reception. I guess helping patients isn't a thing anymore. Yes, I was late, you're right by 15 minutes.

They have stopped their relationship with Delta Dental so that they could make more money and that has made it less affordable for those using their services with that insurance. I recently went to get my teeth cleaned after they stopped being a DD provider and was charged nearly $400 for my care. I was told by my hygenist that I would get reimbursed with a possible loss of about $30. I only was reimbursed about $120 of that $400.
