I just had my first visit. The staff was very friendly & the wait time was perfect. parking and ease of finding the office was a breeze.

The office staff were wonderful, appointments were easy to make and wait times very good. I had a breast reduction done by Dr. Rishavy. I am smaller and that is good. Aesthetically I am very unhappy! I am a full cup larger than what was agreed upon before surgery. I am lopsided and my nipples are not in a line and almost in my armpits. It takes a very structured and uncomfortable bra to hide this. My scars are thick and uncomfortable as well. Dr. Rishavy said my nipples are a little off but overall thought it a good surgical result and I can redo the surgery if I want. read more

Horrible experience. My surgical outcome was a nightmare. I had to go to a different plastic surgeon just to get my incisions to heal, after repeatedly going to Dr. Rishavy, and having him dismiss my concerns. I am left with horrible scarring. Office staff is unfriendly - snooty and snobby. They never billed my insurance, so I ended up having to pay for the whole procedure even though it would have been covered - it was denied because they never completed the prior-authorization. Overall this whole experience has been a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend it to anything breathing. read more

Dr.Fowler is personable, caring, and excellent at his work. I am a post-bariatric surgery patient from 2017, 150 plus lbs-gone.b I've looked for three years fighting insurance and finding a Dr that was willing to help me find the new body I worked for that fought on their side with insurance, and we're affordable with a payment plan to cover the rest. In March 2021, I saw him for a consult. I didn't hold my breath. I figured this would end up hoping it could happen, but knowing full well that insurance would deny it. I would be handed an astronomical estimate for the pani and abdominal tightening. Instead, Dr. Foweler asked questions noted things toon the photos. 2.5 weeks later, I got a call from his office and a letter from my insurance company. I was approved for the panni, and the rest of the surgery was under $4,000.00. Care credit was accepted. May 2021, I got the surgery. I'm still early in recovery, but my post-op care is excellent. My results look good, and I can't wait to see full results after I'm fully healed. Also, the Surgery center used has fantastic, caring nurses. I have been called twice following my surgery to check on me by surgery staff. No matter the type of surgery needed I would fully trust my care with Dr. Fowler. read more

I came to Dr. Fowler in a, some what, urgent state. I had traveled outside of the country for a MMO, I was and am, very happy with my results, but I developed an infection. Nobody wants to do follow ups in the states, but he agreed. He fixed my infection, insisting on follow ups, fixed my dog ears AND 2 years later, I was not happy with my scar, (dead skin from the infection caused it to darken, which he told me was a great possibility) he fixed that, too! Hes very professional and friendly, his staff is sweet and so personable. I appreciate every single one of them. I really am able to feel my very best because of them. 100% reccomend him and his team! read more
