I have been seeing Amber fairly consistently for a while now and every time I leave my massage session with her, I always feel better than when I walked through the doors. Amber is highly attentive to my individual needs as I struggle with chronic upper back and neck pain. Amber is highly intuitive, hardworking, gentle, understanding, generous, and patient. It met all my expectations and they had great customer service from the time of setting up my appointment to leaving. I was about to make my appointment online but had a gift certificate and didn't want to charge my card. During the process I paused my sign up and someone messaged me to see if they could help me with anything. They were able to help me out and sign me up for the massage I wanted the next day. Entered the waiting area and they kindly created me offering water or the restroom prior to my appointment. Room was comfortable and they have heated tables. They had a cushion to offer me for comfort as I recently had a child and am breastfeeding. They encouraged signing up for another massage but weren't pushy on scheduling. The atmosphere was relaxing and calm and very clean. We were treated with the utmost respect and care. I really liked that I got to chat with the therapist beforehand and go over any issues/problem areas. I am very headache prone and my neck and top of shoulders is really tense, so my therapist really concentrated on those areas for me and made recommendations to help ease my headaches. Over the years, I've seen a fair number of massage therapists - some better than others. Until I was fortunate enough to discover Lauren and Infinity Massage, I had continued to search for that treatment I simply was not finding with the others. I stopped looking at Infinity. By far the best massage I have had! Great atmosphere and friendly staff, I am now a regular. I am an avid Hiker and cross country skier and Michelle has helped me work through muscle soreness so I can stay active. Ali gave me the best massage I have ever had! Her pressure and technique were top notch. I have a pinched nerve in my neck that radiates down my back and arm. Infinity has a welcoming atmosphere and kind desk associates. My massage therapists performed wonderful from the time of welcoming to addressing any concerns I had. I love this place! I have visited multiple massage therapists there, and they are all excellent. They have wonderful products available for purchase as well, like essential oils and other natural products such as essential oil-based bug spray and deoderant.
