Decent spot, the shop is cute, lots of things that smell nice and look pretty. There's a lounge area with beverages that you can relax at before and after your treatment. The staff were friendly and seemed happy to be there. There treatments are fine for the area, but I felt shorted on time for what I paid, for example a 60 minute scheduled service ended in 40 minutes. They also don't do firm massages, I asked for more pressure and it continued to feel like nothing. It was an experience, but I'd try other spots before heading back here. read more

I had got a double treatment massage for me and my boyfriend for Christmas- we sit down and 10 minutes in, I hear the staff talking about a recovering sickness of one of the people going to give us a massage. I'm paying such a high price, It should be a professional service. The service included a foot scrub, massage, Sauna, Tea, and truffles- we got our massages went in the sauna, and had no idea what to do after! There was no tea offered or truffles and honestly felt forgotten about in the room. The service was not worth the price and I would recommend looking at a different spa in the area. looks very professional, but absolutely sucks. Over $350 my butt lol! read more

The staff was friendly and the space was clean; but, I was deeply disappointed in the treatment, though. The service was advertised as a "fragrant forest" wrap. In the winter months, I usually schedule a wrap at a spa as it's great for exfoliation and moisturizing. During these sessions, you lay on a table covered in foil. Then they apply fragrant lotions/botanical oils, wrap you up like a burrito, apply warm towels, and then leave you for 10-20 min to relax and smell the fragrance. Sometimes this includes an exfoliating scrub or dry brush before applying the lotions/oils. The service I received at Pebble Spa was wet towels placed on different skin parts for about 15 seconds after the area had been massaged. And the towels were really hot. And I hadn't been expecting them. Usually a technician tells you they are going to place something hot on your body and then asks if the temperature is okay.  I was never asked.  I like hot, but it was hot enough to make me brace for the subsequent towels. For some with sensitive skin, this might have been unbearable. If a towel is too hot, the technician can air fluff these just a bit (or at least that's how it's been done at other spas from which I've had services) to cool it down. The dry brushing was momentary and not performed in the way dry brushes are to be used for exfoliation (gentle circular motions). There was no foil, fragrant lotions/oils, etc. Further, the attendant told me afterward that the towels used were soaked in lemon grass oil. I couldn't smell this. AND, it was supposed to be rosemary and peppermint per the "fragrant forest" description.  Overall, I felt like the description of the wrap service was misleading and the service was administered incorrectly. I also feel that the technicians had not been fully trained by management. Regarding the included massage, the form I filled out asked which parts needed attention. I indicated two areas (adductors and lats). I also told the massage therapist about these two areas when she asked. And that I was comfortable with deeper pressure. The massage I received never got to these parts. While it was relaxing, it felt more like a gentle rub-down. I'm not sure why I was asked what I was seeking as it was not administered.  Both my husband and I spent over $240 on a service that did not meet expectations. We were expecting a body wrap that included a brief massage. Instead we got a massage with hot towels placed on us. I wish I could be refunded for this service so that I could get a winter wrap elsewhere. read more

Wow. We are visiting, we wish we were local now! Friendly, inviting, but most importantly a solid massage. Quiet and peaceful relaxation was there for sure, but my 1 hour massage was about a hour too short! My wife had one after myself and said the same. Good work! read more

I highly recommend Naomi for hands down the best facial you'll ever have. She has the best "touch" not too light not to heavy, just perfect. She takes her time and it is so relaxing doesn't feel rushed at all. The facial treatments felt and smelled amazing as did the head, back, neck and arm massages while the masks were on steaming. We had a great experience at Pebble Spa in Duluth. My friend and I booked the double treatment. Foot soak, massage, sauna, and chocolate!! Our therapists were amazing, and all the staff were warn and welcoming. I can't wait to go back! read more
