My biggest complaint is that plus the fact that the practice seems to be focused on that and making money. They have stopped their relationship with Delta Dental so that they could make more money and that has made it less affordable for those using their services with that insurance. I recently went to get my teeth cleaned after they stopped being a DD provider and was charged nearly $400 for my care. I was told by my hygenist that I would get reimbursed with a possible loss of about $30. I only was reimbursed about $120 of that $400.

It was as pleasant an experience as possible for me. I had a many appointments to get all the work done. Dr. Olson and his staff were aware of my phobia. Dr. Phillips and his staff are very friendly and professional and most importantly the actual procedure was relatively pain free and by the next day I had very little discomfort. Appreciated the after hours follow up call to see how I was doing. I had to wait for some time to get my appointment, but that may well have also been because of COVID and more of a back log of appointments.
