Cindi treated my face with the Colibri Opus laser. I was told by Cindi the down time from this laser was at most 3 days. This is over a week later, and my skin is clearly burned. I'm now seeing a dermatologist to treat the burns and potential scarring. Cindi has taken zero accountability for what she has done to my face nor offered me any type of solutions. I have paid A LOT of money for this treatment, I am so upset with my results & how unprofessional Cindi has been through this process. I was never warned or told to expect these kind of results. Cindi clearly does not know how to use these lasers properly. She missed several parts of my face, was performing the lasering after the numbing cream wore off and I had to remind her to go over certain areas on my face because she kept forgetting (did half my face forgot about the other half) Please be careful. I trusted Cindi, I had no idea that these lasers could do damage like this. Unfortunately, in the wrong hands they do please just do your research before going into this clinic. read more
