I've waited in your waiting area for over 45 minutes before being seen yet it's ok when I'm late 15 minutes we've gotta reschedule the appt. Ive gotten threatening letters saying there not going to refill my eye drops until I'm seen again. With this ridiculous "your late" no one in the inside waiting & 2 people waiting by the reception. Aesthetically I am very unhappy! I am a full cup larger than what was agreed upon before surgery. I am lopsided and my nipples are not in a line and almost in my armpits. It takes a very structured and uncomfortable bra to hide this. My scars are thick and uncomfortable as well. Dr. Rishavy said my nipples are a little off but overall thought it a good surgical result and I can redo the surgery if I want.

So as I was driving up to Duluth I first searched yelp for Eye Doctors -- no luck, no reviews. :( Next call was to VSP to see which doctors in the area were covered. The first eye doctor on their list in Duluth was Blustin. So I called as I was driving north and spoke with a very pleasant associate, Jessica, who patiently listened to my dilemma. She said that all their appts the next day were booked, but she'd get me on the waiting list. Good enough... she called, there was a cancellation! I was stoked... It was time for my annual eye exam anyways. The entire staff was extremely friendly during my appointment. The appt was timely. The office may not have had as many bells and whistles as some other offices I've been in on the West Coast, but...I felt as though the doctor was definitely more thorough and more knowledgeable. Clearly they care for each of their patients, as you'd expect from a small town office. I didn't check out the frames this visit as I was only there for contacts and my visit went fast. But... I went in for a contact prescription, and maybe a "back up" set of glasses. I found the frame selection was a bit limited in styles I liked but they had a good selection of inexpensive of kids styles, and got my son glasses from there.
