When I went back in May for a prescription recheck and the prescription proved that the March prescription was incorrect he proceeded to tell me I had a hypoglycemic event which changed the numbers so drastically. He told me I probably don't know what that even means. I explained to him I worked in healthcare for 26 years as a lab tech, I do know what it means and I don't have issues with blood sugar. He told me he never wants to see me again and never come back to Vision Pro in Superior. This guy is a lot of things I won't go on about here, but he is no eye doctor. Vision Pro in Superior is going to have liability issues if you keep this quack around.

Don't see Scott Wright. He has the worst bedside manners. He rushed my eye exam. I don't care if you can't see the letters or if it's fuzzy" and he didn't show me the lenses again to compare. I did not like his rushed/fast method felt careless. I did not trust his judgement to give me an accurate prescription. I shared my concerns with him and he dismissed me. Saying he was "joking" when he said he didn't care if I could see the letters. I said it felt weird he was rushing the process and I like to take my time to compare especially when both lenses were so similar. Why didn't he make the letters bigger or take my answer when I said they were both the same? I couldn't believe his hostile attitude. I trusted my gut and left. I've been a customer for 10 years and had no problems with any other eye doctor there. He scoffed and said he has been working there for 20 years. Unreal. Did not apologize or try to reconcile. His ego was big and blinding him. I will not see him again. Good luck to whoever does. I hope he is more kind and patient with you.

I figured it was past the 30 days but if they were wrong they were wrong. The manager checked them and agreed. Then he changed his mind and gave us a story about formulas used and they were right. He got snotty and condescending. After my husband and he got into an argument and then he said he will order them but they will be the same. I know other people who have had trouble with his attitude. Not a good way to keep business.
