I asked the cost of this appointment and they said $50. Now on the day of the appointment they are saying I can't because my last eye exam was more than 60 days, DAYS and that I would have to pay $89 more to be seen. No mention of this previously and the person that booked my appointment was all "I assumed" this and "I assumed" that. Didn't apologize or take responsibility for not checking things that she as the employee would know was required or not. No effort to work with me on a solution. I wasted my time and gas.

Different name brands are associated with Sam's Club then you will find at the other company, and I'm not complaining.
