They had done nothing because they didn't have the iCloud pssscode.......again, no effort to contact me for that information. I took my phones and left. 2 DAYS wasted. Not sure if they can competently repair phones...... they don't competently run their business .

This has happened before with HP laptops so I took it in right away. The price to start (look at the laptop) was $100 + tax. They had it for one day and called to say that the fan was dirty and that I didn't need a new one so they cleaned the fan. That is all fine but they did nothing else for the $100. I would have expected them to at least clean the screen, dust off the keyboard etc. They need some flexibility in their pricing in order to make it fair.

I was in the middle of a busy work day and the people here charged me a rate of $120 for a new screen including parts, labor and tax. Well I thought it was a better option then replacing my I phone at the time so I said fine and it was repaired in less then 2 hours. The people at the kiosk were friendly and they could tell me exactly what was wrong with my phone. I got the phone fixed and it looked great. Not even two hours after my screen had been fixed, I had realized that my screen had cracked again. I took it back and they quoted me $90 to fix the phone for a second time that day. I don't feel that this was fair as I had not dropped the phone or did anything rough to make it crack. It was In my apron pocket, but I work retail and am behind the cash register more then 90% of the day. In my opinion the new crack was due to a cheap aftermarket screen and faulty products. I shouldn't have to pay such a high price, almost as much as it would have costed to buy another phone on eBay... To fix a 4 year old phone. I won't shop here again.

The employee at Cellairis told me that the screen was only popping out because my phone must be bent. My phone is not bent, and two months later, the glass face of the screen is actually pulling away from the phone face, exposing the inside of my phone. I now have to order another screen and have that screen installed, but I will never be going back to Cellairis because of the poor quality equipment they use.

Ed said over the phone if I showed up, they'd help us do everything. Appointment wasn't officially scheduled until 2:28 for that 12 appointment which makes 0 sense unless you're a time traveler. They put a new tire on and disposed of the old one for $107. I had to do everything else out front on my own, in the snow/sleet. They helped get the lug nuts to torque spec for free at least, when I pulled around. But, I feel I should've been deducted the labor charge after all of that and only paid for the tire itself. I get that you're busy, but it seems painfully obvious that you're prioritizing higher paying clients and not an emergency who needs to drive another 180 miles to get home. Thanks, but no thanks.
