I get that small service businesses, especially in Duluth, struggle to balance overwhelming demand and service delivery but come on, at least be responsive during the interim. Granted, they are one of the few, if not the only company in the area, that provides the services that I need (cell phone signal improvement) so I guess we must grin and bear it. However, if you're in the need of any of the other I.T. services that they provide that are easily sourced over the web ( seo, voice mail etc) I'd think long and hard about using these folks

He even answered my questions so I could learn about my computer's internals. This level of customer service was unexpected - the next time I'm in the area and in need of Mac help, I'll definitely reach out to him first. One note: the working address is in a suburban neighborhood so it may not be easy to spot when driving by. Look for the 2020 sign.

Not only did Robin help me with this issue, but he also made sure my laptop was secure, and he showed me pointers to help me use my Mac more efficiently. He really knows his stuff! I highly recommend him, and even though he does charge an hourly rate, it's well worth it! He spent years at IBM and some time at Apple too, so he can figure out your problem--rest assured.

These people yelled at my friend for cleaning up their mess, and now doesn't even feel like they actually own their own computer. No company should treat their customer base in such a humiliating fashion, especially if they're the only available computer repair shop in the town. What's even more humiliating than the services provided is the fact that this company that repairs computers, doesn't even have a website. Treat your customers better and do a good job, that's what gets repeat happy customers. I'm not asking for an apology from people I know won't give it. I'm telling you guys to get better at doing your jobs and provide the service that you charge for. I hope a competing PC repair company opens a shop in ironwood and after showing you guys what real service looks like, and drives you guys to shut down, and denies all of your staff when they try to jump ship to work at the other repair shop.
