Reviews of the Stinger unit indicated that it's a great system but a bear to install. I dropped my Jeep off at noon and was told I'd get a call later in the day. I thought for sure I'd get a call about problems and or delays with the install. Nope. Got the call as I was leaving work that it was ready to pick up- I couldn't believe it, seemed too good to be true. The guys did a fabulous job, wonderful communication and very pleasant and the new system works great. Auto Audio gets my seal of approval.

My door handle is hard plastic not metal that pin in there is still sturdy as can be I have opened that door several times no issues . Won't ever be back especially when you won't take responsibility over a $25 part and I'm going to assume the guy working on it pulled himself up with the handle and broke it because once again I've pulled pretty hard on everyone of those handles and not to mention each one of those door handles were replaced last year .!

Not all customers were, but that is out of the control of the employees. Apparently, not everyone wants to do their part to protect the health and safety of everyone. They took the phone despite being early and the gentleman did a great job quickly fixing the phone. Upon inspection when we picked it up, it looks professional done and working great. I like that they back up their work with a 6 month warranty.

But Gabriel and Keenan made it literally so easy! We went from test drive to leaving with the vehicle in two hours. The vehicle is exactly what we wanted and we've have had it for a week now and love it! And yesterday we received coffee mugs and fresh cookies in the mail. Lovely touch and we appreciate it! Volkswagen Duluth focuses on customer service, and doesn't act like they are doing you a favor by helping you buy a car. We as consumers have the choice to take our business anywhere we want, and my husband and I definitely recommend Gabriel and Keenan at Volkswagen Duluth.

My experience with Keenan McGovern was disappointing. During the sales process, he was friendly and…read morehelpful, but after we signed the paperwork for our certified pre-owned vehicle, his communication and approach changed noticeably. We traded in our previous vehicle, but the title was still at our families home in Michigan. Keenan told me that this wasn't a problem and that once I returned to Michigan, I could simply mail the title to the dealership. Based on that conversation, I believed everything was taken care of. I was surprised when he later called and told me that I now needed to sign a power of attorney because the dealership had already sold my trade-in before receiving the title. This was never mentioned during the purchase process. If selling the vehicle before receiving the title would require additional paperwork or legal authorization, that should have been explained from the beginning. Buying a vehicle is a significant purchase, and customers deserve clear and transparent communication throughout the entire process. My frustration isn't with having to sign the paperwork--it's that the need for it only came up after the dealership had already sold my vehicle. More transparency upfront would have gone a long way toward building trust and avoiding unnecessary frustration.

Another obscure review, but one that is deserving of every star I am giving!…read more A few years back I got 2 new tires at Tires Plus in New Hope, after getting a flat on 169. I declined to buy insurance on them because (as I thought) how likely was I to get another flat soon? Wrong. 2 weeks later--yes, only TWO weeks--I was up visiting a friend in Duluth when I realized something was wrong with my car...it was making a terrible noise, and I soon came to the conclusion my tire was leaking air. Thankfully, my friend Reed was with me, so we were able to pull over, put on a spare, and drive carefully to the nearest tire store--which happened to be another Tires Plus. The mechanics there were extremely friendly and not only did they replace my tire quickly, they charged me nothing(!!) Even if I had not purchased road hazard insurance, they were kind enough to replace my tire free of charge. Now if that doesn't deserve 5 stars, I don't know what does.
