On installing the smaller battery at home, we discovered that it not only didn't fit, but it wasn't rechargeable. We brought the battery back and they discovered they didn't have a correct battery. O.K. so one careless mistake we can handle, even if the return seemed begrudging. We've since used the larger flashlight and found that both 18650 batteries do not hold a recharge over a hours usage. We won't waste our time returning them - we just won't shop there again and we will let other people know our experience. We're rural beekeepers and a dependable flashlight is essential equipment. We have no time to waste on an undependable store that sells supplies of inferior quality.

This store has a long-standing history of deceptive behavior. A while back, I bought a $1,500 phone here. I explicitly told them I wanted my reward points and did NOT want the extended interest-free plan. The employee clicked the wrong option anyway, cheating me out of all my points. The proof is right in my payment history--I paid the bill in full the second it arrived, proving I didn't want their plan. Yet, the manager refused to fix it and just said 'it's too late now.' Most recently, I fell victim to credit card fraud, causing my automated membership renewal to fail. Corporate explicitly sent me an email promising that if I renewed my membership, all of my existing devices would be fully reinstated. The phone agents took my money, processed the charge, and the second the payment cleared, they completely went back on their word and refused to reinstate my devices. This is a classic, deceptive bait-and-switch. On top of everything else, their public page falsely claims they offer a military discount. I have asked multiple times and been denied every single time. They lied to a lifelong customer and a veteran just to lock in a fee, and they do NOT honor or support our military here. I am disputing the charge with my bank for services not rendered, and I will never set foot in a Best Buy ever again. Take your business to Costco or directly to the manufacturers where loyalty and military service are actually respected.

They cancelled my appt minutes before my scheduled time. Then they told me they couldn't do a same-day iPhone battery exchange because they need 3-5 hours. They also wouldn't honor their commitment to even having my phone ready the following day by noon if I left it overnight (and 3+ hours before their closing time). I was told "We have 12 computers ahead of you." So making an appt really is pointless. They also couldn't commit to the price listed on their website. I even have the Best Buy Total Plan ($199/year) and they gave me no greater customer service than anyone else. They even had the audacity to offer scheduling me another appt on another day (but couldn't guarantee they could honor the appt when the time came.) What a waste of time and money! I'll go to BatteriesPlus like I have in the past.

There should be an option to check a box that says "wrong order received", and a way for them to immediately fix it. Instead, I was jacked around the website, trying to figure out how to report, then ended up going through item by item to report it as missing. Then I still had to call a 1-800 number for a full refund. No option whatsoever-even after calling- to have the correct order re-delivered. To top it off, I am expected to take care of the food that was wrongly delivered to me, and they made it sound like it was a free gift. It's nothing I will eat and is taking up all my freezer space. Feel bad for that party as well, as they were obviously trying to feed their family with kids. Like I said, mistakes can happen, but the total lack of care to do anything to quickly resolve it, is really disappointing.

They responded within the hour and came out the next morning. They asked for the amount I had for them to remove and for a picture to give an estimate at the time of response. I had roughly 1/4 of a 2 car garage full of garbage/junk/recycling to remove. I sent the picture that late afternoon. I heard nothing back on an estimate until the next morning after they had already had it loaded up when I arrived at the house. It was $375 to remove it all. I don't know if they took credit card/debit card (or any other form of electronic payment) or check. With no response on the estimate, I had no idea how much to money to bring with. I'm glad I brought more than enough. He offered me a receipt hand written out on paper, but I declined. I had WM cans included in the garbage/junk/recycling and they dropped them off, which would have been a separate charge for WM to come get. It was brought to my attention that there was a bed liner from a truck, where wood was being kept in to burn in my fire pit, that I didn't know was behind our garage, that needed to be removed, until after they already came for the removal. I reached out and asked if they would be able to come and grab it (charging more or not) within a day and a half and I heard no response from them.
