This has happened before with HP laptops so I took it in right away. The price to start (look at the laptop) was $100 + tax. They had it for one day and called to say that the fan was dirty and that I didn't need a new one so they cleaned the fan. That is all fine but they did nothing else for the $100. I would have expected them to at least clean the screen, dust off the keyboard etc. They need some flexibility in their pricing in order to make it fair.

He provided us with basic information and offered to come out to the property within a couple of days of the initial call. On inspection day, a Friday, he promptly arrived with his gear to complete a thorough inspection and test samples of the mold and air. He communicated by phone and text before, during, and after. Once he left, he sent the samples off to the lab. We received detailed reports from him and the lab via email on the following Tuesday. He followed up with a phone call to discuss what it all meant, and the severity of the mold in the home. Week or so later, he went back to the property with a contractor. They inspected the property together and followed up with an hour long conference call with me within a few days. We discussed action plans, and what exactly the property needed. We decided to take the first step of just demolition (removing the affected walls, subfloor, and ceiling), so that the contractor could give us a more exact estimate of what we were looking at, in terms of joist replacement and such. Steve called and was able to start the project about a week earlier than expected. He kept me updated by text. Due to winter storms, there were some delays, but the job was finished and really allowed us to see the full scope of things. His quotes for demo, removing the mold, sanitizing, dehumidifiers, vapor barriers, etc were very reasonable. Steve was very transparent and available through thr full process. I would recommend him and his team, as his communication skills are fantastic, and that is something very hard to come by in the service industries like this.

I was really hoping that there would have been an APC machine here, but the clerk advised that they had to pull the machine out years ago. Basically because this location doesn't do enough volume to warrant a machine. Boo.... the machines are convenient. Anyways... cute, small... slightly retro Post Office.

I honestly feel that it did help to go to a smaller store where that sales associates were extremely friendly and willing to help. They carried a lot of brands that I wouldn't think to look for when I am out and about shopping for shoes. The service was super friendly and Darrieal? [Sp] sorry I'm not too sure how to spell his name. But he was extremely attentive and willing to help me find the just right pair. I ended up walking out with two new pair of shoes and the ultra good insoles and the ultra cool shoelaces, shoelace cleaning kit ECT. It quickly became the only place I come in duluth to buy new shoes. They are just so helpful and friendly there.
