The mechanic took a look and explained the easy fix along with doing some minor work to each tire. He also gave GREAT advice on how to maintain my tires correctly. He wasn't even going to charge me, but I hooked him up with well deserved lunch money. Soap Box Side Note: People.... When dealing with a small local business, if they do anything minor for you, if they don't charge you, give the person some "lunch money". They will appreciate it and small local business needs $ to survive so don't take advantage of their generosity. Off soap box.

My son got the line tangled up a few hours after getting a new reel/line - and Andrew got it all fixed up. I only realized this because I went in for a slow leak on one and they said they could not repair because of tire separation. Fleet farm did nothing to help. They were polite and personable, but did nothing and said I had to buy new with no discount. After going home disappointed, I decided to call Cooper Tires themselves. They set up an appointment with a different retailer, gave me a claim number, and after the retailer verified the separation they discounted my tires to half of what new tires would have cost. Fleet Farm should have offered to or directed me to do this. Thank heavens my wife mentioned this right after I got Fleet Farms poor service. Go directly to Cooper or the manufacturer! Fleet Farm does not have the service they should be providing!

When we left, in a very exaggerated low and slow voice - think recording at a slow speed - he thanked us with the standard "Dick's farewell" line. I felt that was a rude response to a legiment request. I would give him a 1 star rating. Since it was the last impression as I left the store, it carries more weight.

And if you decide to go with Stone and have problems, leaving a negative review may lead help. Unfortunately companies like Stone have figured out how to game the review system.

They replied via e-mail within hours and said "No problem" come on down. My other choice was going to be Men's Warehouse but after looking at the horrible reviews on their Duluth outlet I made up my mind to trust Mainstream Fashions for Men. What a great decision that was. I arrived at 10:00am and after just a couple questions he had pulled out a suit coat to try on and the second one fit perfect. Without asking my measurements he pulled out a pair of pants that fit perfectly and then did the same with a collared shirt. I was done in 15 minutes and as I was leaving the store he was already taking my suit to their alterations store across the street and he notified me by text when they were done. Wow, if only every store offered that kind of customer service. I can't recommend this place enough and I found the prices to be very reasonable. Alterations were included and he gave me a nice discount for being a Veteran. Thanks Mainstream Fashions for Men for a great looking suit that fits perfect and didn't break the bank. Mark
