I just had a sportcoat repaired that had a rip in the sleeve. I COULD NOT tell at the time when I picked it up where the repair was! Yes, it sometimes takes a while to get the garments back, but each time I was given a date when I dropped off the garment and it was ready when I showed up to pick it up. I don't care as much about the time. I'm not really able to use the articles anyway, since they needed repairs or alterations, and the timeframe has always been within reason. I brought it up, from Bloomington, and anticipated that I would have to leave it for a repair or that it couldn't be repaired; it is about 48 years old. Dan looked at it and thought it might be the capacitor, which it almost always is, and that is no longer made for this older model. I was devastated, but he then thought it could be the foot control pedal; he opened the old one and found that it had a hole in the rubber balloon in it, not a common issue. He had one on stock; we hooked it to machine and it worked like a charm. I was so happy and told him that it made my weekend. I bought the new pedal and got to take my trusty machine home with me.
