This is not specific to the UPS store in Duluth, but the shipping center there. A box was overnight shipped but the driver drove right past. Had to pick it up after 2 days. In addition, when a complaint was filed at the Corporate office, they denied it with inaccurate information. Receipt copies have been sent but, 2 weeks later...crickets. Couldn't be more displeased with UPS and jacked up prices with NO customer support. read more

This place is a disaster. Employees seem constantly frazzled and confused. I receive notifications that a package has arrived, but when I get to the store I'm told they have no record of it. Amazon notifies me they've brought packages to the UPS Store, but employees will claim otherwise. I pay extra for locker service, but my packages are rarely put into my locker. When I ask why, I'm usually told that "there's a problem with the lockers today." These daily locker problems have been going on for months. I've had several packages go missing, either misplaced by employees or put into the wrong lockers and stolen by other customers. When I've been able to prove they've lost a package, they delay replacing it by carrying on "investigations" that go nowhere. They then promise to write a check to replace the package, but claim only the manager can do so. The manager is conveniently never there when I arrive. I am constantly frustrated by this UPS Store. They don't seem to have the desire or the ability to improve. read more

I got to the store five minutes to 4:00 --they closed at 4 o'clock. I had a package ready to go with a label on it and they wouldn't open the door to accept it. And they just stared at me thru the glass. I realize it was close to closing time but it wasn't 4 o'clock yet. At least acknowledge you closed the register down early (although I didn't need the use of a register). Just starting at me blankly is so unprofessional. I miss the days when people valued their customers. read more

Poor service Three young people at counter with heads down Had to ask for help. Young woman that helped mail my package spelled names wrong and asked like she did not want to be there. Also package cost $1.50 more than if I mailed at USPS. read more

I stopped here to drop off a package recently and was reminded how great UPS stores can be. After multiple poor interactions at a different location it was a breath of fresh air to stop here. Kelly K. was absolutely fantastic. arriving after working a night shift to the central entrance store, I was exhausted and in need of advice/help with my prints. Kelly K was so upbeat, polite, and quickly answered all of my questions aaaaannnd was able to print my step daughters graduation banner in less than 15 minutes!! I was blown away with Kelly's customer service and really hoping she is compensated for the awesome work she does at early hours of the morning!!!
