very dissatisfied and disappointed in this location, mailed something via overnight mail and nothing was delivered. mailed something September 17th and paid extra for delivery and nothing was delivered and lost. I will never use this location, called multiple times with no progress, I want my money back for non-deliver. i was told to file a claim with FedEx which was denied because FedEx informed me I have to file the claim with the company directly. I keep getting the run around and no one calls me back. will never recommend this location. read more

This place supposedly ships things via USPS. I have been here twice in the past month. Both times I was told to ship from someplace else because it was going to be too expensive (that is for me to decide), or, I was told, that I could not write on the USPS flat rate box, where it has the identified location to write where it's going to, and where it's coming from. They either have really odd business practices, or the employees are poorly trained. If the owner is supportive of this, I'd be very surprised. Not much competition in the area... hint, hint, wink, wink, to any entrepreneurial types in the area. read more

I use this company frequently. Everyone there is extremely pleasant and the services are very convenient. I have faxed and shipped items out. But what I don't know if people are aware of is they offer a shredding service for a dollar a pound with a $5.00 min. Although I never worry about the minimum because instead of shredding papers constantly at home I just toss them in a box and when the box is full I simply take it to them and they take care of the rest.
