I called Stone and he came out in about an hour and worked awfully hard to get the buggers. Turned out it wasn't just a raccoon. It was a mother and 4 babies! They were only a couple of weeks old. Afterward he was nice enough to go to the store to get chimney caps for me (actually had to go to 2 stores as the first only had one), came back to my dad's house and put them on for me. He is a wonderful guy doing wonderful things with care and consideration. I was posting updates to my friends on Facebook and it became quite the drama of 'will he save the babies'. They were on the lip of the flue and it was awkward to get his hand up and around it. But he wasn't going to quit until he got them all. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

That's been seven years and it's worked great. This year they made our driveway and parking area, bought in a couple loads of a gravel and recycled asphalt, smoothed it out and then rolled it w a compactor. Did a excellent job, it looks great. Our driveway and parking was all grass, they scraped the top layer, evened it out and now it's a defined, looks finished. Highly recommended.

We hired Steve to initially inspect and test for mold in an old, but newly purchased home. He…read moreanswered his phone and took our information on the first call. He provided us with basic information and offered to come out to the property within a couple of days of the initial call. On inspection day, a Friday, he promptly arrived with his gear to complete a thorough inspection and test samples of the mold and air. He communicated by phone and text before, during, and after. Once he left, he sent the samples off to the lab. We received detailed reports from him and the lab via email on the following Tuesday. He followed up with a phone call to discuss what it all meant, and the severity of the mold in the home. Week or so later, he went back to the property with a contractor. They inspected the property together and followed up with an hour long conference call with me within a few days. We discussed action plans, and what exactly the property needed. We decided to take the first step of just demolition (removing the affected walls, subfloor, and ceiling), so that the contractor could give us a more exact estimate of what we were looking at, in terms of joist replacement and such. Steve called and was able to start the project about a week earlier than expected. He kept me updated by text. Due to winter storms, there were some delays, but the job was finished and really allowed us to see the full scope of things. His quotes for demo, removing the mold, sanitizing, dehumidifiers, vapor barriers, etc were very reasonable. Steve was very transparent and available through thr full process. I would recommend him and his team, as his communication skills are fantastic, and that is something very hard to come by in the service industries like this.
