I was really hoping that there would have been an APC machine here, but the clerk advised that they had to pull the machine out years ago. Basically because this location doesn't do enough volume to warrant a machine. Boo.... the machines are convenient. Anyways... cute, small... slightly retro Post Office.

The package had tracking and the tracking indicated that first delivery was attempted and then when they realized the error, it was returned to the post office to be held. Both my husband and I talked with the supervisor at Mount Royal who was no help. He called the carrier who insisted that the package had been delivered, but our video camera indicates that the package was not among the items being delivered and it was not with that mail when I picked it up from my porch. The supervisor tried to convince me that the package couldn't be scanned because there were lines on the scanning area, though it obviously had been scanned when first received as the tracking was updated. They offered no recourse for tracking down the package, and told my husband to contact the police as it must have been stolen. I asked if it was possible that the package was still at the post office and the supervisor said "maybe" but didn't offer to instigate a search. Basically they took the word of the carrier over the evidence of my camera and my word. Very poor service. Unfortunately, as the only option at this time is the post office, I recommend going private so that there is some accountability.

In addition, when a complaint was filed at the Corporate office, they denied it with inaccurate information. Receipt copies have been sent but, 2 weeks later...crickets. Couldn't be more displeased with UPS and jacked up prices with NO customer support.

This place is a disaster. Employees seem constantly frazzled and confused. I receive notifications…read morethat a package has arrived, but when I get to the store I'm told they have no record of it. Amazon notifies me they've brought packages to the UPS Store, but employees will claim otherwise. I pay extra for locker service, but my packages are rarely put into my locker. When I ask why, I'm usually told that "there's a problem with the lockers today." These daily locker problems have been going on for months. I've had several packages go missing, either misplaced by employees or put into the wrong lockers and stolen by other customers. When I've been able to prove they've lost a package, they delay replacing it by carrying on "investigations" that go nowhere. They then promise to write a check to replace the package, but claim only the manager can do so. The manager is conveniently never there when I arrive. I am constantly frustrated by this UPS Store. They don't seem to have the desire or the ability to improve.
