New ownership instituted $2 surcharge to print. Used to print things there weekly. Have avoided business for more than a year, since the ownership changeover. Insulting, rude, unpleasant, greedy, not concerned with customers. read more

I had some programs printed here after ordering them online. They turned out well, except I needed them cut (two per 8.5x11" sheet). They usually charge for this service, but since they weren't busy they cut them for free! Hooray! read more

The first time I used the online printing service, it was great. They printed within an hour and I could go pick up my two prints. The second time however, the email I got did not state a time, simply that I would get a completion email. A couple hours went by so I decided to go to the store and when I got there the guy said he just printed it but didn't have to until 8:15 am the following day, which would have bee to late. The worker proceeded to say that it said that in the email I got (it did not, I checked) and that I didn't get to choose the time I wanted them done, it's just whenever they can/want to print. Extremely rude and I believe he forgot the customer is always right. Not happy with them and will probably go to a different location next time for my TWO PAGES I needed to print. read more
