If I could put less stars, I would. Not the employees fault, but their set up is GARBAGE. I left work early to be home for a package delivery and then took the subsequent day off for a package delivery and still did not receive my package. Now I have to drive out of my way 20 miles one way and wait in line to go pick up my package. Your services are GARBAGE. read more

I was directed by Starlink to return the bad equipment via FedEx and they sent the return mailing info by email. Since we have no printer, I foolishly assumed that FedEx would help with that. My husband and I walked in where a lady was almost ready to leave, and asked us if we needed tape for our box. She said that she had to buy the tape, the bubble wrap, and box up what she was going to send. She was definitely not happy. When she left, a guy came out of the back, and before I could say a word, stated that he couldn't print the label, and go to Office Max, and before I could say anything, he turned and went into the back room. I will try to never go to FedEx again. read more

Not sure if the driver was having a rough day or on drugs... but instead if using a dolly to bring my 3 very large and heavy boxes to my porch...they drug them through the snow and mud. The corners were shredded and the boxes were muddy. The contents were damp. I'd give them negative stars. read more

Horrible service! I was expecting an overnight delivery and watched at 8:30am as the FedEx guy attempted to deliver my package to my neighbor's home. I couldn't get outside fast enough so I called FedEx who verified my address was correct and said that she would get a message to the driver to go back. An hour later I got a call from another FedEx rep who again verified my address and said that a message was sent to the driver. At 4:30pm when no one FedEx guy had showed up and I had wasted a day waiting for the package (it had to be signed for), I called again and now was told that I would not get package until the next day. Guess what? It is now 2pm the next day and still no package!!!!! read more

All of our packages are delivered at the street. There are no local phone numbers that I can call to resolve this. I have left messages three times at the FedEx call headquarters. Each time I have a person that I can barely understand, and at times they can't understand me. I was told to put delivery instructions into their website, which I did. Nothing is changed. I am not able to talk to anyone who is local, in fact I doubt that the people I am talking to live on this continent. read more

Reading other reviews- it shows that the Superior, Wisconsin Fed ex has NOT improved over the years! My husband and I were expecting a package- due to be delivered 6/20/2018. Someone had to be home to sign for it. It never came- due to bad roads from recent storms. It was a credible excuse. But they never let us know delivery would not take place that day. Then delivery was to be on 6/21. Someone was home ALL day. SURPRISE! Package never arrived. My husband called the customer service and was told that no one was home or business was closed. My husband verified that the address was correct. So then we were told that the package would be delivered on 6/22 between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. My husband was home all day in his office- 5 feet from open door. And yet it was marked that NO ONE was home! And it was marked 1:21 p.m. So much for the promised morning delivery! When my husband once again called- he was told that the package would be delivered on Monday, 6/25! We drove to Superior office and got it ourselves. The guy in the office was great. No problems getting our package. (And there were NO bad roads between our home and the Superior office as we were told for the original date!) My thought is that the driver never even came close to our home! He/she did whatever they wanted for the day- got paid for it! NEVER-EVER use Fed ex if you can possibly avoid it. I used the GPS on my phone- typed in our address and it brought me directly to our driveway. How hard is that? And most people have cell phones these days with GPS in them! If the driver swears they were here- ask them what was unique in our yard. Fed ex can contact me for the answer. read more

I wish zero stars were possible. I typically will only do business with people that ship via UPS but I'm a thirty-one consultant so I have to use fedex sometime. Typically my business supplies are days late. My shipments are rarely on-time and do not follow what their delivery date says. This is the worst shipping location I have ever dealt with. Twice now my shipments have been delayed due to "inclement weather" at the Superior location. It just so happens both times I was in the Superior area for other things, and there was no "inclement weather." Seriously fedex get it together. Thank goodness for UPS. At least they can be trusted. read more

My experience was an excellent one. They shipped my package on a Thursday, it reached its destination on Friday, was repaired & shipped back on the same day, then I received my package Saturday. They were courteous & prompt. I would definitely use FedEx again. read more
