Pay your employees efficiently & give them more hours. Having one sales associate working puts stress on the workers and customers.

First things first. I am not the type to update my iPhone, in fact I haven't even been inside a…read more Verizon since 2017. When I go there all the screens and grey streamline stuff just give me a raging headache, idk how the workers do it. But I realized my iPhone 8 wasn't cutting it anymore, the screen was smashed to smotherines in multiple places and it was always at 5%. For some reason i didn't want to let go of my little home button though. Anyways I decided it was time to move on and rip off the IOS band aid. When I showed up to Verizon I didn't know they do a queue. This is fine, time to browse and Peruse while you are in the queue. But let's be honest we all know you come to Verizon to get the new iPhone and you just look at the other stuff for fun. Well I was dead set on the iPhone 15 pro and I was dehydrated in the queue. I was second in line but my head ache was getting worse. I was inpatient and wanted to be anywhere but there. I thought to myself I just need to push through and buy the iPhone 15 and leave with a new phone that has battery. Well my turn in the queue comes, and I tell the worker that I want to switch my plans to join my partners family plan. Perfect and easy right? Well he tells me if I get a new phone number I can get the iPhone 15 for free. He says this is a no brainer. My brain says that how could I ever get rid of my phone number. My indecisiveness gets worse, my headache rages on. I can tell how annoying I'm being in my indecisive hell. But a phone number is a way of life. It's a social security number. It's a major life decision to change it. I think one has to be a little wild lunatic to be changing that left and right. But the trade off here was about 900$. I was convincing myself my phone number was worth 900$. And then I flipped, I crossed the threshold into not giving a fuck anymore. I didn't give a fuck about my phone number or the day or the time. It was just me right there in Verizon with the employee and the present moment was the only thing that mattered. From there on we start cracking jokes and having a good time. I'm excited the iPhone will be mine for free and I put all that baggage about my cell phone number in the past. Forget it. And then the best thing ever happened. My new number was the most perfect number I have ever seen in my entire life. I won't write it here, but I have to say I've truly never seen a sequence of 7 numbers that were so perfectly meant for each other. Every cell in my body knew this was right. I had the number memorized in one instance, rolling off my tongue. The awesome employee went to go get iPhone 15 from his cozy place in the safe. Meanwhile I chose a sparkling case and familiarized myslef with apples latest crap in making new charging ports. When we got the iPhone I was the one who had to legally open the box, which was invigorating and terrifying. Leaping forward into the unknown, no going back. Time is just a concept at this point. He puts the screen protector on, and the little things around the camera and some sick consumerist pleasure comes over me as a I see the sparkling iPhone prepare to be mine. It's in this moment the weight of the world disappears and I cannot even believe the ways I was being unconscious when I first arrived at Verizon. At the end of the day I left with a new free phone, a perfect new number, and an interaction at Verizon that will leave a lasting impression on me. It definitely takes a certain type of employee to handle the energy that I brought in that day. Thanks so much to Ryan at Verizon. Altho I have to say I am typing this on my old phone but I swear I'll cancel it soon.

Trying to pay my bill... First of all they won't take my card online, I must drive 45 miles…read moreliterally to pay my bill.. I walk into Metro PCS in Duluth Minnesota, four people working behind the counter not one of them greeted me for 20 minutes. Nobody said a word to me and just let me walk around and look stupid.. the manager was on the phone and grabbed her mop bucket and ALMOST ran me out of her way . I left very very angry. 4 people, 1 customer??

Went through seven city's and took about four planes in a week. I even was able to use my phone at every airport I stopped in. In every city the coverage was crystal clear and I could even use my cell phone as a wifi hotspot. I remember signing up for metro when I they first came out and the coverage wasn't as great then. I really have to admit now that they have really stepped it up in terms of coverage. You can even get the iPhone 7 plus. The staff is super friendly. They give you a rebate for your first phone that you buy there. There are also no taxes and unexpected overages when you go to pay your bill. You are eligible for an upgrade every 90 days and that is awesome. I'll be back in a few months to get the iPhone 8 when it comes out. I'll probably never go to any other network after using metro.

There's a reason this store is rated so low so please be warned before you get an ATT plan…read more They constantly overcharge and misrepresent deals. But the worst part is trying to leave. You can't unlock your phone in person. Not at all. It should be criminal. After two months of trying to unlock the phone IT'S STILL LOCKED! After 4 hours on the phone. Still locked. Came into this location and waited 2 hours for service. Two people helping customers. And then one of them just leaves. Down to one employee. Disgraceful. Do not get ATT

Since he had a different provider he was not able to just transfer over. To get him on we HAD to do a trade in. During this trade-in they gave the value of $1,000 and assured that everything would be fine even with taking someone else off. Fast forward three months, the credit that was for his trade in was voided. at&t did not disclose that removing a separate line would void the trade in. they do not offer their promotions as they should and they mislead customers to believing it'll all just workout. even returning to a location they were confused as to why this happened and stood by it was in error but the department that deals with claims denied the request to bring the credit back. at&t was not helpful in finding a remedy. they took a phone to be refurnished and is not providing the credits of trade in. i was a loyal customer that brought other parties to this establishment. i am appalled by the misrepresentation of promotions this company has. i asked for the phone back since they were going back on the trade, they can't. asked for the lump sum of what is left of the value, nope. even for the credit to come back because information was not provided. nothing. i do not recommend a company that fails to disclose information just to make a sale. i work in customer service, you do what you can to make the customer happy and keep that loyalty. that doesn't matter here.

Skippy at the desk told me he was out of the item I needed. Said Superior store did. Drove over there to find he misidentified my part and that the Duluth store has plenty of the part I actually needed. Driving more than half an hour round trip to cover for an employee's incompetence is not my idea of a day well spent. But some people are into this. If your time lacks any value, this is the place for you.

We bought 2 18650 rechargeable batteries for a tactical flashlight and 1 14500 rechargeable battery…read morefor a smaller flashlight. We brought the old batteries with us and showed them to the clerk to be sure we bought the right replacements, ~$20.00 for the smaller battery and, I believe, $20.00 for the 2 18650 batteries. On installing the smaller battery at home, we discovered that it not only didn't fit, but it wasn't rechargeable. We brought the battery back and they discovered they didn't have a correct battery. O.K. so one careless mistake we can handle, even if the return seemed begrudging. We've since used the larger flashlight and found that both 18650 batteries do not hold a recharge over a hours usage. We won't waste our time returning them - we just won't shop there again and we will let other people know our experience. We're rural beekeepers and a dependable flashlight is essential equipment. We have no time to waste on an undependable store that sells supplies of inferior quality.
