When I went to pick the dress up a week later, the alterations were the poorest quality I've ever seen. The hem is so obviously uneven that you can see it when I'm wearing the dress. The alteration to the back was not done in the manner she had said it would be, and the fabric doesn't lay flush with my body. I'm so worried my dress has been butchered to the point that it's unwearable. When I called her to tell her my concerns, she told me to bring it in and she would fix it, but how do you trust someone to redo it when they just handed you back a dress with such poor quality alterations?
