My daughter and I always shop in this store when in Duluth. We often go a couple of time because it is such a unique and fun store that has everything. We always find something we missed the first time. Our last trip we left a bag in the store and we didn't notice until a few days after we came home. I called because I had a feeling it was here we may have left it and Laurie had it still, we coordinated a spot to make the exchange and my daughter could not have been happier. Unique displays with neat content. While I didn't buy anything at this place, my wife and I visited the shop and looked around. They had all sorts of unique displays showing off their merchandise. I would give this place an A++ for display. For example, they had a golf book being displayed with a pair of really old golf clubs in a rolling golf carrier. They also had a book about lawn care on display with an old person propelled mower. Just overall, the shop is neat to check out - even if you don't plan to buy - be sure to window shop here! read more

Nice store, with a nice selection of interesting merchandise. At least in our case, however, we received very bad customer service. My wife, daughter and I were shopping in Duluth last week. We've been to this store several times previously. On this day we were set to buy two scarves, a brooch and found a very nice glass jar that my daughter wanted for her rock collection. We take everything up to the counter and the salesperson said the glass jar was for display only. OK there was one being used for display, but also four more on a shelf underneath, all with prices marked. I pointed that one to the salesperson, and she just said sorry. I wrote the owner/manager, and received no response. That was extremely poor customer service in my opinion. And what retail genius puts products on customer shelves, with prices, that cannot be sold? These folks lost customers for life by their actions. read more

I ordered a Firefly necklace and earrings from Two and Company online and I am so impressed with the way it was packaged. The boxes that the piece came in were wrapped in purple (one of my favorite colors) tissue paper and when I opened the boxes the pieces were wrapped again in tissue it really felt like I was getting presents. There was also a note about the jewelry and care instructions. VERY IMPRESSIVE! read more

I absolutely love this store! They always have different, interesting gift ideas. But, buyer beware. They only issue refunds for purchases within 7 days. I bought a hat, one of the most adorable ones I've seen, for my infant son. It didn't fit, and I have to hurry to get back to return it. If you live outside of Duluth, perhaps your purchases were going to be unreturnable gifts anyway. I live near Duluth, but not close enough that it's convenient for me to get back downtown within 7 days. read more

I am a couple friends made a day trip to Duluth. We went into Two & Co and I purchased a pair of cute earrings on Friday, Oct. 30, 2015. I put them on later that day and that evening, the earrings broke. I called the store, and the gal I spoke to said the manager/owner handles such situations, and he'll be in on Monday, since I don't live in Duluth. I called on Monday, and spoke to a man, and he then told me to describe the earrings. I did just that. He offered to send a new pair to which I thought was a nice gesture. I even offered to send a copy of the receipt and the broken earrings. He said "That's alright, I'm pretty sure I know the pair you have." He said to send my address via email and when they come in he will send it out. I must add that I saw more pairs on the display, so I found it interesting that I had to wait "...until more come in." Fast forward to Tuesday, November 24, 2015. Obviously, more than 7 days have lapsed (the time customers can return or exchange with a receipt--to which I have). -I received a regular security letter sized envelope. -No company or business logo on the envelope. Very cryptic. -Earring hole punctured on both sides of this envelope. -No letter apologizing, no card or anything else. The pair of earrings wrapped in a thin fold of bright orange tissue. The earrings are in a little plastic bag big enough to hold them and guess what? The earrings were destroyed! The emblems are broken off, the pins to fir in the ear lobes are bent over so much that if you bend them back...they break off. To add insult to injury, I called them and the line provided on the receipt and on their website is "disconnected." The easiest and most "customer friendly" manner, would have been to send a refund in money order, using the exact same stamp they used originally, to send the earrings I have and cannot wear. Or a little care for your merchandise and place them in a jewelry box and padded envelope. I would have gladly sent the broken ones back with a copy of the receipt, but they'd rather cheat a customer. It's not so much the money (which was only $6), but how I was treated as a customer, being given another broken pair. Did this Two & Co really think that I would get undamaged earrings through the mail in a regular envelope? We all know that even padded boxes get beat up during transport for delivery. I know Two & Co seem to have the ideal customer service given the past reviews, and they had me as customer until they pulled this stunt. read more
