She asked my budget, and any specific floral choices I might want, and she put me as ease, first by assuring me delivery wouldn't be a problem, by accommodating my budget and by helping me make what turned out to be a stunner of a bouquet. The recipient gushed about how beautiful it was, and while a photo can't do justice, you can see how fully bloomed the peony and sunflower are! His initial engagement to my comment was misspelled and therefore hard to comprehend. After suggesting that Damon Dunbar revisit his spelling, he responded by calling me a whore. Maybe you should discuss with your employees the impact their attitude and behavior has and how it reflects on your business and your staffs professionalism. To verbally harass a stranger is concerning behavior enough, but at least have the decency to do so on a private account that is not directly linked to your place of work. Sincerely hope you can work out these behavioral issues. Definitely does not seem like a female friendly environment.

The next day, mid day, I received a text from Teleflora telling me my order was cancelled due to the unavailability of Burgdorf Floral. I tried several times to contact Burgdorf via phone, but each time the phone was answered by an answering service and they were of no help. Today, a week after my order was cancelled, I received a thank you e-mail from Burgdorf Floral, thanking me for "choosing our shop to hand deliver your gift to " my friend.
