Not a soul asked if I needed any help. I looked, but couldn't find anyone. I needed some basic bulky weight wool like Brown Sheep or something similar to make a hat. I didn't recognize any of the yarn names and couldn't figure out how it was sorted couldn't what I was looking for. I also could have used some basic worsted weight yarn along with the correct knitting needles or crochet hooks. I looked for someone to ask. They weren't busy. I was the only customer. I said, "hello" and no one answered. That said, the yarn supply is amazing. The shop is stunning. I wished for more time to explore for both yarn and an employee. Im sure they were busy elsewhere.
