His initial engagement to my comment was misspelled and therefore hard to comprehend. After suggesting that Damon Dunbar revisit his spelling, he responded by calling me a whore. Maybe you should discuss with your employees the impact their attitude and behavior has and how it reflects on your business and your staffs professionalism. To verbally harass a stranger is concerning behavior enough, but at least have the decency to do so on a private account that is not directly linked to your place of work. Sincerely hope you can work out these behavioral issues. Definitely does not seem like a female friendly environment.

The next day, mid day, I received a text from Teleflora telling me my order was cancelled due to the unavailability of Burgdorf Floral. I tried several times to contact Burgdorf via phone, but each time the phone was answered by an answering service and they were of no help. Today, a week after my order was cancelled, I received a thank you e-mail from Burgdorf Floral, thanking me for "choosing our shop to hand deliver your gift to " my friend.
