My business used them to print, cut and sew some of our product and after…read morehaving to purchase the material upfront, recommend by them and approved to use, they printed all of our product the wrong color. The color wasnt any thing special, it just needed to be black! It all came to us green. All forest green. They just sent it all to us without saying anything and when we brought it up to them they said "too bad you are stuck with it". They used up all of our material on it and when we asked for our money back they told us absolutely not and they deserve to be paid for their labor. They blamed it on the fabric......so we printed the same fabric in house and got jet black. Our new supplier printed the same fabric and got jet black.......IT IS NOT THE FABRIC! We are now stuck with over $1000 of bad product that we can not sell. Their customer service and how they handled the situation was horrendous. We have the entire email conversation saved and tried to go to the BBB but they, of course, are not members. All we can do now is try to warn anyone else that is thinking about using this company.
