Security Jewelers has been great to me for many reasons. From my husband's wedding band to my friends and I taking our watches here for battery changes and repairs to picking out my favorite ring with just the right amount of sparkle. The staff is very knowledgeable and personable. You tell them what you want, and they will tell you what they can do. They understand that even something that may not be worth a lot monetarily, may be worth the world in sentimental value. I trust them with my valuables right down to my circa 2001 Fossil watch. read more

Helped right away and we're very nice people, even tho I didn't have a good piece of jewelry they still were able to fix my necklace free of charge! Shoutout to the goldsmith who fixed my necklace and the salesman who helped me out as soon as I walked through the door. Highly recommend to others for repairs or looking to buy jewelry! read more

Took my pocket watch in to have it serviced, hand was loose. Asked that it be cleaned and adjusted, Took 3 months for it to be done, Found that it was back earlier, but not updated in the "computer". Find that it now gains over a minute as day. Not worth the several hunderd dollars expense as I now need to have it serviced again. P.S. The hand is attached , so that part is good. read more

Amazing service! The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Nancy and the friendly staff. I'm a newly wed and needed a quick turnaround for a repair on my wedding ring. Security Jewelers had the work completed that day! I was amazed by the friendliness and the service we received! They are our new favorite, we will be going back! read more

The store changed ownership a few years ago and I previously experienced good shopping experiences there. Today I went to Security Jewelers and my experience was lacking. Service was poor. Selection was poor. It took forever for gift wrapping. Previously, staff was highly professional and although reserved, I thought it was not inappropriate. In addition, difficult parking downtown has cured me of Security Jewelers and shopping downtown. read more

I purchased a Triton tungsten carbide silver, diamond ring and upon arrival I noticed that the fit was larger than my size. I had measured my size at 13 1/2 and ordered my ring. After reading various websites, I discovered that .Tungsten rings fit larger than the measured size. I called Security Jewelry and told them about my large fitting ring. I returned my ring to them and changed the size from 13 1/2 to size 13. My new ring arrived and after opening the package my replacement ring was there. I immediately placed the ring on my finger for a perfect fit. Security Jewelers customer service is far superior to any company I have ever dealt with. The lifetime warranty on the ring really means lifetime. Security Jewelers stand behind their products and I stand behind Security Jewelers. I will continue to deal with them for future purchases. read more

I brought my wife to Security Jewelers as a surprise. The staff is so friendly. Locally owned. Great prices for quality work. We worked with Andrew and he was very patient, polite and a pleasure to work with. He was engaging in small talk while we were shopping around. He found exactly what we were looking for without being pushy. I highly recommend Security Jewelers for engagement, wedding or just a surprise present. read more

I have been a watch collector for a number of years and I've learned that the most important consideration in purchasing a fine watch in proper condition at a reasonable market price is the person your dealing with and their knowledge, trustworthiness, and willingness to provide valuable guidance. Robert Thomas at Security Jewelers at (800) 251-2222 or rob@securityjewelers.com is ne of those rare dealers. If your already buying on line I strongly recommend you contact Rob and discuss what your looking for and what they currently have available. I believe you'll enjoy your experience and likely find what you want in good condition for a reasonable value. read more

Security staff helped me create a new diamond pendant from stones in unworn rings. The pendant turned out beautiful and they also took the time to find me the perfect chain to wear it on. Their prices were better than I had expected for a custom piece of jewelry! read more

My husband and I were well taken care of my staff at Security Jewelers! All staff were welcoming, professional, and made our shopping experience smooth. Over the last 8 months, I have been working with various jewelers to find and build the perfect engagement ring. It was a daunting task that didn't seem to be getting anywhere productive. I started working with Kyle and from our first conversation, he took all of the stress and worries away. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and to make sure he understood what I was looking for. Needless to say, he knocked it out of this part. The finish product was 100x more beautiful than ever expected and I will forever be grateful to him for that. He took me in and made me feel like family. I HIGHLY recommend this jeweler, and more specifically Kyle Genereau- you won't be disappointed. read more

BE AWARE - My husband bought both my engagement ring and wedding band here. Within ONE MONTH of having the wedding band, a diamond fell out. However, FAR worse, this past weekend, my supposedly platium setting cracked on the prong of my engagement ring, and the diamond fell out. I would be extremely cautious about using this jeweler. I would not recommend to anyone. I really hope other people have had different experiences, but I honestly feel a responsibility to share this. I wish someone had with us. read more

Great selection and even better customer service every time.

My favorite watch shop ever! We are so lucky to have such an amazing watch repair and servicing man as David. He comes from NYC with av wealth of experience working in high end boutique watch shops: he knows it all and delivers. The other members of the staff are bar none exceptional as well. Old fashioned salesmanship with a warm family feel. After dropping by a few times, they feel like old friends and definitely take care of their loyal fans! Kudos! read more

Stu, Jack, Jay, Baird, Andrew and Kyle are some of the best people I have ever dealt with. Whether it's a Rolex watch, a diamond ring, a lead crystal vase or other item. They provide the best service, great prices and an all around wonderful experience. I have been a customer for 30 years and am still amazed at the good fortune I had to walk through their doors. Great job gentlemen! read more

I ordered my wedding rings from here, as they were the only place in town that could get them. While ordering, was mildly irritated that they tried to upsell us to more expensive rings, but that is to be expected. They arrived shortly before my wedding (I don't recall why the timing was late - probably due to when I ordered them). I stopped in two days before my wedding to pick them up, and they couldn't find the rings!!! I left the store in half-freakout mode, but they called the next day saying they found them. I told them I wasn't available to pick them up (pre-wedding stuff), so asked if my fiance could get them, and they said yes. He stopped down to pick them up, and they wouldn't give them to him! They said I needed to sign the financing paperwork, and they wouldn't release it without my signature. I totally understand needing everything in place before finalizing the purchase, but this is the day before my wedding, after you lost my rings, after you told me my finace could pick them up. I had to go in myself to pick the rings up hours before my wedding (pro-tip: nothing makes you look more disorganized than running errands while wearing a bridal veil). After the wedding, we looked at the custom inscriptions inside the rings. Mine was correct, but my husband's inscription was visibly crooked. We brought it in, and the woman at the counter examined it with a jeweler's loupe. She said that after examining, she could see the inscription was slightly off and could be redone. Seriously lady, you didn't need the jeweler's loupe to see the text was 5-10 degrees crooked - it was immediately obvious just by looking at it! They did offer to get the ring correctly reinscribed at no charge, and the repair was at the correct angle (the only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one). read more

Security Jewelers was recommended to me by my aunts and uncles who have done business with them for many years. I had stopped in to have my diamond jewelry appraised, and potentially sell, and I am a novice about everything gem related. My first appraisal was an excellent experience, professional, courteous. It was with one of the owners that my family had done business with, and he came in pretty much what I expected. This was August 2017 and I chose to wait a bit before selling. I stopped in again on October 12, 2017 and had a devastating experience. I younger gentlemen was reviewing my diamonds rings coming in at what I was told before and then another sales agent, unknown to my aunt, swooped in and took over after spotting my large diamond. Asking if I wanted to sell it. He took the diamond, and the younger man raised his hands up and said, "he will be helping you now" and this man, balding with a mustache, asked quickly if he could clean my large ring and I said yes, but didn't realize that meant taking OUT OF MY VIEW. He as gone before I could say another word. My heart shattered. He came back with I pray to God my original ring, and came in with an appraisal 3000.00 less than my original that was done there, telling me it scored far less and was a low quality ring, after it has been appraised at a moderate quality since the 1980s. My ring appears to be the same ring. I never thought about a jeweler taking your products out of view until this actually happened, and now reading reviews on Yelp as I explore other jewelers, I know that this is a sign of a shaddy business. My family is no longer customers of Security Jewelers. read more

If I could give Security Jewelers TEN stars I would. I recently purchased a watch as a gift for someone. I am not a watch wearer myself, so this was a learning experience as well as a shopping mission. I am not local, so I called Security Jewelers and worked with Jay. He is amazing!!! Knowledgeable, honest, and sticks to his word-basically an amazing salesman. I was nervous about making such a large purchase long distance, which he understood. He took countless phone calls and emails from me as I kept thinking of "just one more question," prior to making my purchase. When I finally decided to make the purchase, it was seamless and I had the watch as soon as he could get it for me because it was on back order. After I received the watch, I had a concern about it-Jay's response was to overnight it back (free over charge); he took care of my concern and had it back to me in time to give the gift! I will recommend Jay and Security Jewelers to anyone who looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable jeweler. At the risk of being quite redundant-they are amazing!!! Thank you Jay!!!! read more

I ordered a pendant from a catalog from one of their suppliers. It was impossible to tell from the picture how chintzy the piece actually was. It was supposed to be a synthetic sapphire set in silver. A jeweler on the same block said she had no idea what the "stone" material was -- perhaps plastic? I returned to Security Jewelers and requested a refund. I was told by an elderly man -- apparently in charge -- that I was THE FIRST PERSON IN THE HISTORY OF THE BUSINESS to be dissatisfied with a special order! I said this didn't sound credible. But the assertion was repeated -- with the additional comment "THAT'S WHY WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO HANDLE THIS PROBLEM." They finally gave me a partial refund. I expressed the hope to them that this would help set a policy in the event there was ever a SECOND person to be unhappy. I am expressing the hope to you that you are not that second person. read more
