This wasn't a pile-of-chips-with-stuff-dumped-on-top situation. This was thoughtfully made, layered, and clearly crafted from real ingredients. Nothing felt canned or boxed. Fresh toppings, balanced flavors, and even details like using spinach instead of iceberg lettuce showed real care and intention. You could tell someone in that kitchen actually cares about what goes out on the plate. If you're anywhere near the area and even thinking about stopping in--do it.
