All three of them were extremely happy to help and started recommending things to try on. All of the clothes that they had me try on were super cute. I found some awesome vacation clothes to take with me. Everyone commented on how cute the three dresses were that I took with me on vacation. I will totally be back to get more things for summer here. The experience was awesome and the associates were extremely friendly and attentive. They also had a few good finds on the sale rack. I look forward to shopping there again and get lots of pictures next time I'm there.

I brought it to the Hermantown Mall Francesca's location and asked if it I could exchange it for a new one that wasn't ripped. I had my receipt and was completely upfront about having worn it already but they would not exchange it because it had been worn, even though it was clearly a rip resulting from poor manufacturing. It was a $40 sweater that ripped within a week and the customer service was extremely bad.
