My dad purchased an appliance package along with an extended warranty directly through GE. Before the warranty expired, our refrigerator stopped working. Unfortunately, dealing with GE's warranty process was incredibly frustrating, and I wasn't getting the help I needed. That's when I reached out to Johnson Mertz. Even though they don't perform the repairs themselves, they never left me on my own. They stood by me throughout the process, helped me get the replacement part I needed, and even connected me with someone who could complete the repair. That level of customer service is rare. They genuinely cared about making sure I got my refrigerator working again, even though much of the frustration stemmed from the warranty process--not them. I am so grateful for their help and support. If you're looking for a company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind them, I would highly recommend Johnson Mertz.
