Paid for the service call, told part would be ordered. That was 6 weeks ago. I have called numerous times, even stopped at Johnson Mertz and asked for help. Was told they would try and call me back. No help, no call back. I will not consider another appliance purchase from Johnson-Mertz without any 'after sale' service.
