Round 1 - Monday, Feb. 22, 2016 - this was NOT a good experience. My bridal party, mother of bride and mother of groom came to help me find "the dress". I had an idea of what I wanted and didn't want, but was open to suggestions and willing to try anything on. We were the only ones in the store and all needed dresses. Potential for good sales for them. My group left there without spending a penny. The ladies made our experience a horrible one, we all left discouraged and frustrated. Round 2 - Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016 - made an appointment to come in again, I wasn't giving up that easily. Within 10 minutes of being there, Elisabeth made us feel like she cared about what we needed and was so friendly and helpful. I gave her a list of dresses to possibly try, no hesitation from her and she was willing to help. Elisabeth and Stephanie were fabulous!! When one was helping me put a dress on, the other was getting the next one ready. They showed different options with sashes, brought other dresses over that I "might" like, etc. They were friendly to me and my guests, answered every question and went over and above for everything! I found "the dress" and appreciate everything these two ladies did to help me with this!! We also bought two other dresses for the bridal party. What a great night! I highly suggest working with Elisabeth or Stephanie if you have plans to visit the David's Bridal in Duluth, they are WONDERFUL!!! read more

This is review I posted on Men's Warehouse but is connect with David's Bridal: Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Do not shop here. Went in with my fiancé to pick out the tuxedo for himself and our bridal party and the employee working acted as if he had no interest in helping us and would barely answer our questions. We went in planning to rent 6 full suits for wedding with ties to match the color of bridesmaids dresses purchased at David's Bridal and literally walked out of the store because of the terrible customer service and lack of willingness to help us with our bridal party needs (which is something I have never done before) I called David's Bridal store manager to let her know this (since they are affiliated and I bought my dress and bridal party dresses there) and she said she would look into this and call me back either that day or the next, and low and behold, I have yet to heard back from her or the store manager of Men's Warehouse. So, sadly, no interest in shopping at David's Bridal for any other wedding needs or future weddings I am in. So disappointed. We were planning on having all of this taken care of but now we need to schedule another appointment and shop elsewhere. I seriously said to my friends and family members, "I feel like I was in the movie Pretty Woman, because of the terrible service I received." read more

I must add a great review to the horrible ones preceding as we had an excellent experience with the Duluth David's Bridal. They were so attentive, helpful, and friendly in helping my future daughter-in-law, who is from Finland, find THE Dress that she was able to buy off the rack. And when we were paying for it at the cash register the dress showed up with $150.00 more off! Then they (and the wonderful seamstress) bent over backwards to get her fitted on the same day and have alterations done in 2 weeks (in June!) for her to take the dress with her to Finland. ( She made it fine ladies of DB and had many congratulations through the airports along the way! ) Thank you all again! read more

Went wedding dress at shopping at David's Bridal with my sister, the bride-to-be, and we found the perfect dress within the hour and a half fitting. We were amazed with Laura, the second consultant-who stepped in when the first consultant had to leave- and her genuine enthusiasm and determination to find the perfect dress. Only working at David's Bridal for eight months it was unbelievable how naturally she takes to the task, and how efficiently she worked. Without her, I honestly don't think we would have had such a satisfactory experience, and we could not thank her enough. Keep up the good work Laura! And thank you ladies again. read more

I first visited David's Bridal over a month ago looking for a Non-Traditional Wedding Dress for my special day. I have returned on several occasions to purchase my dress & also decide on bridesmaids dresses. The Staff has been great help in accommodating both appointments & drop in visits. However, I have to say that Erika has been so incredible to work with! I can't say enough about how special she makes me feel as a Bride & how helpful she has been in my steps to create a unique & personal experience! I Highly recommend Erika if you ever stop in~ I think she goes above & beyond to work with her clients. read more

I absolutely love this place. The help that I receive when I am there is amazing! I showed up with my sister-in-law to be and the service we receive from Kaitlen was beyond exceptional. We both wanted to be treated by the same sales associate and Kaitlen took us no questions asked. We went and tried on dresses and had a lot of fun. She pulled dresses that I thought fit my personality very well, dresses that were simple and beautiful. This place really works with you and they help out in every way that they can! I had a great experience with David's Bridal in Duluth, MN. The lady for my initial shopping adventure to find a wedding dress was very knowledgeable and listened to everything I told her about likes and dislikes. What was even better was my first fitting for alterations, Kimberly was FANTASTIC! She put me at ease even though my nerves were flying out of control and she was so attentive, as was the trainee that was there learning the ropes. They are a little more pricey than I would've liked but the service was well worth the price. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Great service! Was in once with my mom to look at possible bridesmaids dresses. The sales lady was very nice and showed me about 10 different styles in the same "family style" ... (no straps vs one strap vs illusion top vs etc) Helped me narrow down the colors to 3 different purples. Went in another time with 2 of my bigger bridesmaids to see which dress they liked out of what I picked. Different associate, very polite and helpful. Fourth time I have been to the Duluth location and today was the first positive experience I've had here. Kaitlin Zenner made it a fun and great experience for us to find the perfect bridesmaids dresses. She was very flexible and had great customer service, we appreciated her ability to joke with us and have a sense of humor! The bride and bridesmaids are extremely happy! We liked her so much, the bride unexpected found a dress for herself that she wasn't planning to even look for. read more

Kaitlyn B was so phenomenal. We have a fairly large bridal party and she was so helpful and hilarious. Our bride really didn't know what she wanted for herself or the bridesmaids and we left 100% satisfied and set! Special ordered a longer dress for one of the bridesmaids and helped us find the most flattering option for all six of us! The brides dress was a perfect fit on her! Absolutely recommend this stylist. She's wonderful. read more

The ladies in alterations were absolutely wonderful - I had a bridesmaids dress emergency, and these ladies were not only understanding, but helped ease my worry and worked extra to help fix my problem. Additionally, the work was superb - no one could tell that I had had the dress altered last minute.
