Yesterday I was delivered what was obviously someone else's order. Mistakes happen. What really…read moreupset me was the lack of a method to immediately report the error to the store. There should be an option to check a box that says "wrong order received", and a way for them to immediately fix it. Instead, I was jacked around the website, trying to figure out how to report, then ended up going through item by item to report it as missing. Then I still had to call a 1-800 number for a full refund. No option whatsoever-even after calling- to have the correct order re-delivered. To top it off, I am expected to take care of the food that was wrongly delivered to me, and they made it sound like it was a free gift. It's nothing I will eat and is taking up all my freezer space. Feel bad for that party as well, as they were obviously trying to feed their family with kids. Like I said, mistakes can happen, but the total lack of care to do anything to quickly resolve it, is really disappointing.

We picked up a bag of Minnesota coffee, they had two local companies. Other than that, they had some regional items such as cherry bbq chips from Michigan. I was hoping for "top the tater" dip but they didn't have it. No cheese curds. No regional fish either. Check out was easy- we stood in line for the self checkout and an employee came through and scanned our cart so it would all populate when we got to the register. Boom. That was easy. Bathrooms were being cleaned when I was there, and they were still open for use. The food court did not have anything other than the usual, but I did not see the churro sundae. They have onions for the hot dogs at the counter. Plentiful parking. Gas was a bit cheaper than the surrounding stations, about 5 cents a gallon and there were no lines. Overall- pretty standard Costco. Not exciting for tourism.

I honestly feel that it did help to go to a smaller store where that sales associates were extremely friendly and willing to help. They carried a lot of brands that I wouldn't think to look for when I am out and about shopping for shoes. The service was super friendly and Darrieal? [Sp] sorry I'm not too sure how to spell his name. But he was extremely attentive and willing to help me find the just right pair. I ended up walking out with two new pair of shoes and the ultra good insoles and the ultra cool shoelaces, shoelace cleaning kit ECT. It quickly became the only place I come in duluth to buy new shoes. They are just so helpful and friendly there.

This location is a bit small but does have a good amount of items. The staff here is friendly and the establishment is clean. The building is old but they do a good job with what they are working with. I will check it out again next time i am in town
