Eric N (I made an appointment with him, and absolutely recommend him - I'm pretty sure he's the manager) once again took great care of me. If he didn't remember me from my previous visit, he certainly faked it well! He was conversational, listened to what I wanted, and didn't get pushy with products. The eyebrow wax was literally the best I've had in years - I didn't know my brows could look so good!
