She always goes above and beyond to ensure that I feel as welcome, informed and as comfortable as possible. She double checks everything throughout the process to make sure I'm happy with how everything looks and that I feel beautiful and confident before I leave her salon. She charged us over $700 for tattoo eyeliner. My mom asked for a dark dark thick line. She said no problem. Did it and it didn't stay. She said she'd need a touch up which you pay another 150 for. When we called we couldn't get ahold of her for a week. Then when we finally got to talk to Taylor she talked over my Mom who was trying to explain that her line was barely there. She didn't want to hear criticism and an unhappy customer then called canceled our appt and said we weren't welcome. She is very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend her unless you like throwing away your money. She sells a service she doesn't provide and she's never in the office. Please go else where.
