My experience was always the same, I'd show my stylist some photos of things I wanted or say what I wanted, and the stylist would always choose the longest cut or convince me to keep it "long enough to tuck behind my ears". Well, this place was different. Megan Youngren gave me the best haircut I've had in a long time. She actually listened to my input, discussed with me how the style would look on me vs the pictures, and showed me how to style it afterwards! No next week hair flops for me! She also waxed my eyebrows, and they were mostly well done, but I think she went a little too thin on one spot. The staff is very friendly.
